We came in very early after a long flight from Melbourne & the staff were very understanding and checked us in after a quick breakfast at the hotel. Kids loved the breakfast, hotel was about 15min walk to the Natural History Museum. Gloucester road train station is a 2min skip in front of the hotel also KFC Burger King opposite... More

Recently stayed here and had a nice time.Staff friendly and polite.Room very comfortable and clean with nice touches like complementary bottles of water and chocolate bars in the tea / coffee container..Shower a bit dodgy in that the heat came in pulses and hard to control and maintain an even temperature.Breakfast room on 2 occasions ran short of cereal bowls... This hotel is ideally located in Kensington close to the underground rail as well as being close to the hop-on hop-off bus tour system. The hotel is a quality hotel but does need updating. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. This hotel was ideal for our recent short stay in London. The air conditioning in the rooms are not... More

The hotel has a lot going for it . . . location just steps from restaurants, shopping and most of all transportation. The tube is steps away as is bus/tour stops. The lobby is small but inviting but the big secret is the beautiful courtyard in back with its landscape, furnishings and libations which provide a welcomed retreat from busy... More

I've been there before on business and have stayed at many hotels in London. Compared to my experiences in London, this hotel is fantastic for families. here... More

It's a nice hotel. There is building work going on which means our room was basked in a green glow from the netting and interspersed with the occasional builder but it was otherwise unobtrusive. The room was large and clean though the mini bar was empty of anything barring an empty packet of fish sticks from a previous guest. Room... More

Stayed there with a friend and our requirements were to be in South Kensington, have separate beds and available parking. Most affordable places in the area either have one double bed in a tiny room or twin beds. I tend to prefer Queen/King and spacious rooms and the is what we got with French doors to boot opening to a... More
