Recently stayed at this Hilton hotel for a week. Great location with beautiful views over Kensington Gardens. Excellent service from the attentive and polite staff (concierge, housekeeping, reception and restaurant). Room was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. I have truly enjoyed my stay at this London hotel and would not hesitate to return. more

I booked the London Hilton Hyde Park mainly for it's location, knowing the standards of accomodation would be somewhat acceptable (rare to find in London!) and at a reasonable price. Very dissapointing stay at this wanabee Hilton whilst on business for three days. Restaurant is pokey - no natural lighting and echoey - which is a problem when the chef is having an ongoing row with the solitary waiter throughout the meal!!
