The hotel is in a fantastic location, literally around the corner from Queensway station and Bayswater is a 2 minute walk a bit further down so great access to 2 separate lines. We had a queen deluxe room on the second floor overlooking Hyde Park. The room was nice and spacious, bed was a good size, however the bathroom could... More

Obviously the nice location is due to vincinity of Hyde Park...stayed in yhis hotel for only 1 night and as such, I arrived late. Warm welcome by front office staff Veronica, very polite. Hotel rooms are bein renovated, however I stayed in a not yet renovated room. No problem, the room was roomy, bed ok, so nothing to complain about.... More

Friendly, helpful and polite staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Eva the receptionist was particularly helpful. Room was well appointed and comfortable with massive bed. Free Wi-Fi if you sign up to the H-Honors. Hyde Park was across the road, with Oxford Street a short walk in one direction and Notting Hill in the other. Only complaint was that we... More

Right across the road from the entrance to Kensington Gardens. Around the corner from Bayswater entrance to the subway. Great little Cafe next door. You can catch the bus right out front. Room was fine. Bed was comfy and the shower was good. Check in was a breeze!

As a HHonors guest, I enjoyed the facility of on-line reservation and even check-in. The room was at 6th floor overlooking Hyde Park as booked and renovated in good conditions. Breakfast was at Hilton standards with no special touch. As a tourist, I would return. The hotel is ideally placed near Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens and with plenty of... More

I checked in late on a Sunday night with efficiency, but without the offer of an upgrade (I'm a gold member, so it should happen without asking), I was told my room was recently modernised, so nice. Ok. The room itself was tiny, on the 6th floor. The bed was good, the TV on the wall was not adjustable to... More

We liked the Hilton Hyde Park for its location, and recommend this hotel for travelers who enjoy being a little off the beaten path from the main stream tourist strips. . It's conveniently located next to two underground stations, and several bus lines. It's also on the loop for the tour buses. We walked to and from Paddington station -... More

Received a company discount for the room booked but was charged £20 to upgrade, when it wasn't suitable. Ended up with nicer but smaller room & toilet had its restrictions in both rooms. Meanwhile breakfast was excellent but not included at £14 each.

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay with my 2 daughters. I selected 3 adults, as they are 18 & 16 years old, and the booking was for a queen delux room. When we arrived the receptionist remarked that we would need an extra bed so did we want to upgrade for an extra £20 so i agreed. However... More

Hotel was in a fantastic location, room was big and comfortable for the 3 of us. Breakfast was good but it was a shame the restaurant was being refurbished. We would definitely stay again. Staying in Notting Hill

Neighborhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighborhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
