The staff are far less pleasant than most Hiltons. There is no Diamond/Gold lounge. Rooms are cramped and musty. The walls are thin and every noise inside and outside the rooms is amplified. The location is excellent, but that is the only upside.

Loved the location - opposite Kensington Palace Gardens, on top of a tube station and close to buses. The hotel was an older style building but the rooms were well-appointed and good value for money. The staff were terrific and the breakfast was very good. I'd stay again.

While I agree this is not the best of the Hiltons the location is excellent. Our room was average. But like in any city you are only sleeping in the room, not moving in.
