Stayed here for 6 nights for a business trip and got a good deal: stay 3 pay for 2 nights. That meant 2 free nights. It was worth it to then pay an extra £40 per night to upgrade from a city view to Thames River view room which was lovely to look out onto. Very comfortable room and large... More

We booked this hotel for our post wedding stay as we wanted somewhere to stay after our wedding, away from the children especially since our honeymoon was going to be a month later. We hadn't advised them of the occassion. When we arrived, obviously in our wedding outfits, they brought us two glasses of prosecco, and upgraded our room. A... More

My passport is expiring and I needed to go to my embassy in London to sort out a renewal. I have some holidays left and decided to take my wife with me and treat her to a five star hotel. Of course while I am working on my passport I needed to keep my wife occupied, so I made sure... More

We stayed here during Christmas for two nights as a city break from visiting relatives in the country, and found it to be an entirely pleasurable experience. It is about 15 minutes away from Bond Street on the Jubilee Line, and in terms of comfort and noise level it feels like a different continent. At the end of a busy... More

We stayed at the Four Seasons for my birthday. My husband booked the room and when they found out it was my birthday the upgraded us to a better view (over the river - just beautiful!). They also had a cake and some special treats waiting in our room when we got there. It's really the little touches that make... More

Absolutely fantastic service and staff, i will return just because of that. I had a suite on the top floor with a seperate lounge, bedroom, batroom and guest restroom. The bedroom was spacious with everything you would expect, the bed was fabulous, i slept in twice which is very rare. Bathroom was good but the actual bath, although deep, was... More

Greet service, recognition by the staff, attentive in every way. Restaurant is a bit over-priced, but what do you expect for Canary Wharf?!? Any time that I have a chance to retun, the Four Season is where one will find me.

It's *almost* what one would expect from a Four Seasons but it doesn't fully live up to what you would expect from a Four Seasons in a large metropolitan city - just a notch below. Perhaps the location of Canary Wharf had to do with it. Restaurants - okay, like you normally would expect. Gym - quite insufficient Location -... More

From the moment the doorman opened the door we were impressed, the recptionist was very welcoming and personally showed us up to our room along with a glass of prosecco each. We had been upgraded to a deluxe room which had fantastic views of the river thames and london sky line. After chilling out, i had arranged for my partner... More

Most of my travel takes me around the US and I've become a little numbed by the high-end business hotel experience. Everywhere's the same, regardless of the city - same rooms, same beds, same bars, same breakfasts, same up and down service levels. So this was a treat. From the doorman and receptionist at arrival to their colleagues on departure,... More
