What a charming hotel that is located in a fabulous area of london (knightsbridge), The minute you walk in ,you are transported into an ambience that exudes "olde English".., and then, you walk into your room that is bright and good sized with all the modern amenities that you need. the staff here is superb, going above and beyond to... Great service made us feel very welcome, lush cocktail before we went out, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very very tasty and we got ours free which was very unexpected. Will be staying again when next in London.

We returned to No. 11 Cadogan Gardens during a glorious week in June. Despite being in the midst of their renovation, the hotel staff managed to make our stay special. Our five nights there were truly special, and other than the fitness center being closed, scaffolding on the outside, and workers in hard hats, the hotel was as always: welcoming,... More

Stayed here for two nights last week, loved this Hotel, to be honest I thought it more a Country House in the City than a Hotel such was the welcome and the feeling of the place, and yet it had everything one would expect from a full service Hotel. Its in a fantastic location, has a great team of staff,... More

Well-positioned small hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Concierge staff were fabulous in every respect even to the point of fixing my iphone - in particular Concierge, Emelson. Lovely rooms with lots of character. The library was a handy place to meet visitors or to relax when returning from a night out. I would return without hesitation.

A lovely hotel, beautifully furnished with stylish and unusual decor. The staff could not be more helpful and polite. We visited the restaurant downstairs, Tartufo, for a Sunday "brunch". In fact the brunch, served 12-4 on Sundays, is a lunch type meal of 2/3/4/5 courses (you can choose how may courses you want) of wonderfully cooked modern Italian inspired food... More

This was an all around perfect stay. Quite simply, I loved this hotel. I stayed in a suite which was huge, overflowing with old warm charm, but also containing all of the modern conveniences you would need and expect in a 5-star hotel. I have to say straight away that the renovation did not impact my stay at all. True... More

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and it has always been a pleasure. The staff are very attentive and professional and always ready to help. Furthermore the location is perfect for shops and restaurants. When I organised this trip I was warned several times about the renovation works and how it could impact on my visit... More

I carefully researched this hotel on trip advisor - as indeed I do with all hotels and restaurants now - before booking as this was a very special occasion. Unfortunately the building works surrounding the hotel and the renovations at the hotel itself and the effect it has on guests has been vastly underrated!!! The hotel entrance is surrounded by... This was a great evening. Things that really stood out for us were the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, they were so so courteous. We also had the tasting menu in the restaurant and it was beautiful as was the cooked breakfast the next day! The wine was beautiful too. The evening meal was more than food, such an... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
