Stayed here for one night. We arrived early and were offered express check in at a cost of £10 as our room wasn't ready. They said for express check in our room would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. So I paid the £10. We sat in reception waiting. We couldn't have been sat down more than 3 minutes... More

Stayed in a twin. OK it was smallish but clean, modern and comfortable. For the price it was v.good value in that part of London. Great location for museums and Royal Albert Hall and between two tube stations. Did not have breakfast but used the good local eateries. I would use it again for a short stay in this part... More

The room was the smallest size I have ever experienced. Overpriced. After booking my stay for four nights I decided to go somewhere else after one night. The manager however refused to remove the total charges from my credit card. Worst experience ever.

Ok, I know that London is a bit pricey, but the size of the rooms... The 'double room' was the width of a double bed, with room to walk past, but as there was two of us sharing, one had to climb over the other to get in and out!. Our friends had a twin, which was bigger, and I... More

This is based on a 2 night stay in a double room Pros - Good location, 5-10 min walk from South Kensington Tube; - Friendly staff; - Clean, modern and comfortable room; - Free Wi-Fi; - Safe and hair dryer in room; - Breakfast was included in room rate but I didn't take breakfast (looked like a continental STYLE breakfast).... Over the road from the Natural History Museum. Stayed one night as I just needed a room for a function. Room as expected very small but very clean and modern and excellent value for this area which is extremely pricey. Basic breakfast in the morning and no facilities. Ideal for one night.

In my opinion the double rooms are only suitable for single use as they are very small with the double bed against the wall. Apparently all their double rooms are the same with the bed against the wall! Making it difficult for two people to share. The bathroom was also very small and the shower was tiny! Staff were rude... Location is great, right across from Natural History Museum and close to the tube. The room is TINY but the price is right. The room was also clean. Would use this hotel again for a short stay. The breakfast was also a fair price.

Only booked for a one night stay through late rooms, and had a very good bargain. The hotel was modern, clean, warm when you wanted it and excellent air con if you needed it. Very easy check in. The room itself wasnt the largest but offered a very comfy bed with 4 excellent pillows. A new, clean bathroom with a... More
