This hotel has indeed great location with easy access to public transport. But, the room was very very small and cramped (maybe that's the norm in London?). The wall is not sound proof, so you might struggle to sleep at night. Breakfast area also very small, I needed to apologized to everyone as I bump into them every single step... More

Finding a comfortable, well located hotel in London for under £100 a night with breakfast in July is one of travel's great challenges. It can't be done I was told by colleagues - you will end up in a rabbits' warren and want out after the first night. True, it did take a lot of research before I discovered the... More

The hotel is in a great location! The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were good, small and no air conditioning, but most European hotels are like this. Elevator says it can fit 4 people, we could barely squeeze in 3! Overall, nice place! Would stay there again and would recommend.

The size of this room was like a box. You could not turn around in the bathroom. My bathroom in Paris was bigger than the whole room for the same price! The kitchen staff started work at 6am so you got woken up every morning at 5.55am by the kitchen door slamming the hinges off! When I complained the reception... More

The area is good, the outside of the building looks grand, but that is all. Oeps, I forgot to mention the very nice Spanish ladies at reception. The state of the hotel is poor. The windows are so bad, you hear everything on the street. Pedestrians walking by, it looks like they walk into your room. You cannot sleep because... More

I will start with the good review, good location, very nice front staff Anna and I think the other staff is Martha. They helped with directions and how to get tickets for the tour buses and other tourist attractions. The bad, this hotel in my opinion is not children friendly and I and my kids were treated badly by the... More

It was amasing that one of staff could speak Japanese. Other staff also very kind. Room facilities and equipments were good enough but tooth brush. Anyway we really enjoyed stay. I will use again if I had next chance. I would like to say Thank you for everything and have good day.

Although the hotel is in a quiet district of London it benefits from a great location. Not all the rooms in the hotel are equiped with air conditioning. It is a fact that I can understand in a city like London but not for a room (like the one I got) exposed during July for the sun and thus the greenhouse... More

The location is good. Close to the Underground. In a quiet street , but close to lively Bayswater. The staff are very helpful , efficient and most importantly, friendly. The ticketing service wasnt able to help me get a ticket for a desired show, but I managed to get one myself. The room was tiny. But it was clean as... More
