We booked this hotel due to its close proximity to Hye Park as we were visiting Winter Wonderland. Arrived early so dropped our bags and went for a stroll down Oxford Street to pass the time. On our return the ladies on reception were wonderful and very friendly. Our room was very, erm, cosy! 3 single beds which was ok... More

6 of us ended up here on a last minute booking over New Years Holiday. The staff was more than helpful in securing us 2 rooms with 3 beds at a nice discount. This was most welcome as we had to walk away from an intolerable and very expensive (OVERPRICED) home in Hackney that we booked through Airbnb. This hotel... More

We booked a room over Christmas last minute and given those points, the room was decent. It is far from city center, but a $10 cab ride or also close to the tube stations (closed on Christmas). The room is tiny, we asked for a triple, traveling as a couple with a friend, and the beds are literally next to... More

Firstly, even though I had booked a room with two beds, we were given a small double bed. They changed our room quickly, though. The lift was tiny. Our second room was acceptable, clean, not too small. The bathroom had no hand soap - we had to ask for it the second day. A problem with the plumbing was fixed... More

I've never stayed in such a small room as this one. Really hard to move around. The bathroom was really tiny! It was on the ground floor facing the sidewalk, so it sounded as if was in the middle of the street. Breakfast is average. Internet connection was working properly. The strong point of this hotel is the staff whio... More

Decent location, close to tube stations, good value, clean, staff friendly and helpful. Decor and fittings apart from reception area a bit tired. Breakfast area totally inadequate for the number of guests. The room we were allocated was a bit on the small side but was adequate.

All I can say about this hotel is that it is just okay. It is a place to rest your weary head when you get back from a long day of walking in the streets of London. It is clean and the staff are reasonable. The rooms are tiny. The bathroom is very tiny. The water pressure is very very... More

Friendly, accommodating and convenient for the Underground. Only 7 mins walk. Either Queensway(Central) or Bayswater(Circle). Great local community with an excellent kebab shop over the road and across from The Leinster Arms pub which has a good atmosphere and also serves excellent food. Breakfast in the hotel is continental but loads of it! Several other restaurants around too so loads... More

Fine stay, has the essentials and decent quality/price ratio. The location is nice (close to Hyde Park). The rooms can be a bit stuffy and are not very large, although adequate. The breakfast is simple, for 2,50 pounds extra you get more (i.e. the classic english breakfast). The staff is very helpful and try their best with limited possibilities
