Stayed here for one night after going to see the Monty Python Reunion at the 02. Their website makes this hotel appear quite plush but actually the rooms are really dated both in style and furnishings. The staff at check in were pleasant enough, I had booked a standard twin and asked if their was availability for a free upgrade... More

The hotel is clean, we found the bed a little small and uncomfortable based on some of the less expensive hotels we have stayed in, towels were also small by comparison. The staff were not very helpful and not necessarily rude but not very short and sharp with their responses. The breakfast was unusual, with no explanation of what we... More

The hotel is obviously dated, with antiquated furnishing. The bed kind of felt like a table (single room) with its height, width and very unstable legs. The two beds placed side by side kept rolling apart! I ended up managing to lie on just one of them which was then not big enough and took away the comfortable hotel feeling... More

Much more old fashioned than you might expect for such an up beat part of London. Room decor very old fashioned with lots I dark wood furniture and prints in the walls. Starting to look a bit shabby. Beds small but comfortable and air con a god send although a bit noisy. Overall not too bad but did expect more.

Location: Though Canary Wharf, the hotel location is pathetic Restaurant: Stuck at 1999, the ambience just leaves a bad taste Food: Breakfast is complimentary, and the hotel makes it a point you know that, enough said. Rooms: Boring and badly needs refurbishment. Its window glass are golden yellow tinted "Seriously that is sick", kept the curtains closed throughout my stay.... More

We wanted to stay over night for a last minute trip into London. We wanted relatively easy access to the West End so we could she a show. So on the day before our trip we searched the Internet for somewhere to stay and found this hotel. We only needed a room for one night so as the price was... More

The Britannia International has nice and clean rooms with everything you need for a short stay. Canary Wharf is a beautiful location with good amenities and great views of some of London's most popular landmarks.

The room looked old and worn, but it was clean. Our view was to a buliding site, so not very exiting. The staff was pretty indifferent, looked bored and unhappy, no smiles what so ever. The breakfast was bland and not very good. It is an hour away from piccadilly circus tube station and in an expensive area. The spa... More

The overview of the property should include: Amenities may be subject to change including the AC. Or Pick your perk: AC or no AC Did I mention the AC challenges??? On a side note, when addressed with the hotel staff, we received the response: "There is nothing we can do. We are full so we are unable to move you... More

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel from 'check in' to 'check out'. The staff can't do enough for you. They are really welcoming and try to tend to every need. The rooms are clean and fresh. Yes, the hotel interior may need a lick of paint in places, but we thought it was worth every penny.... More
