We booked this hotel with a train travel package through our travel agents. 3* not sure where they get 3* from! It is having an upgrade at the moment I think. The eating area was like a canteen and the breakfast wasn't up to much at all. We felt it was like a youth hostel with all the young groups... More

Be prepared to pay for everything. Wifi is paid by the hour, and if you want to leave a suitcase after checkout, youll have to pay that too. The workers are not particularly nice and have a tendency to keep speaking to each other in foreign languages in front of customers, so one doesn't know whether the conversation relates to... More

We booked this hotel before reading the reviews ( I know, I know), but we were delighted with our room and the Hotel in general. true the room was small, but it was clean and well laid out. We had a front facing, opening window overlooking the park, and air conditioning. Breakfast was a buffet style affair like a hostel... More

Before paying at my arrival i asked to have a look at the 4 bed room i wanted to rent, but they refused and said i could visit only the double room.I did it, and it was tidy and clean: exactly the opposite of the 4 bed room, as i found later at my expense.I stayed in a 4-bed room... More

One of the worst hotel I had ever seen. Incompetent and unfriendly staff, terrible rooms and high prices. Just look for another place if you don't want to ruin your holiday. Hopefully this one will close soon anyway.

Having read the reviews on here and other sites after booking, I was pretty scared about what my night away with my 8 year old daughter would be like! I am pleased to say though, that it was fine! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was basic, but adequate and whilst the room could definately do with... More

I booked one single room in this hotel, at the time of online booking, it mentioned basement room, however they have me rooms underground; Room size is fine, I can still move around, never expect any big room at this price, but the room is not clean, clearly I have seen some dirty thing on the wall you might probably... We booked this hotel because it was fairly cheap and the location was good. We then read the reviews which were mostly bad. We checked in and was given the key to a basement room , we asked if it could be changed as they had such bad reviews for the basement rooms. Was told it wasn't possible as they... More

The location is ideally located at the centre of it all it's such a shame everything else looks so tacky... If it was my joint I would initiate a massive clean and paint of those corridors. If the owners are reading this, 'you have a brilliantly located building, spend some money and make it look a little decent!'

We stayed in the Bayswater Inn Hotel for 3 nights during the UK Summer. The heat in the rooms was unbearable and when requesting a fan we were told the whole hotel only had 4 fans. We confronted the Manager who informed us he would not waste his money on buying new fans. The location was not great, noisy pub... More
