For all the negative reviews I had read (after booking but before my visit) I found the Bayswater Hotel to be so much better than I expected in every way. For a cost of £90 per night for a twin, en-suite room in such an upmarket part of London, was surprisingly cheap. We found the room clean and with everything... More

The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is that the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The rest was awful. Upon check in, the staff were unfriendly. In fact, throughout our stay, all of the staff were unfriendly as if their job was just a job and not a service. The decor, carpets, curtains... More

We unfortunately booked this hotel without reading the reviews first....It is a disgrace and i really wonder what our foreign visitors think. We were given the key to room 5, which is in the basement....No windows at all, dark and smelly as no fresh air can circulate. We complained and were given a room on the first floor. As someone... We ended our European vacation with staying in at the Bayswater Inn in London. Thankfully it was only one night! The receptionists were less than friendly - their first comment was that check-in was not until 3pm. Perhaps a 'hello, welcome to the Bayswater Inn' would have been a more welcoming greeting. I knew we were early and just wanted... More

I can't find anything good to say about this hotel! It was pre paid unfortunately, luckily we were only there 1 night after a concert. The whole place needs a makeover. We ended up with twin beds, which seemed like fold up beds, my mattress was lumpy my husbands saggy. The bathroom was grubby, wobbly toilet seat, the thinnest loo... More

Rooms have good dimension for London hotels. Those in the basement are not agreable and should be indicate as such when making a reservation on line, which is not the case. Breakfast acceptable. Men employees serving breakfast should have some cliente-relationship trainee. Reception attendees and room cleaners are kind. Very well postioning in the city, you may walk to Oxford... More

The rooms were ok basic 3 star room but overpriced. The halls are dingy, dark and dirty. The breakfast was awful. No bacon? Frozen mushrooms and the sausages really couldn't pass for meat. I wouldn't feed them to a dog! Wouldn't recomend especially at that pricr
