They still updating the rooms and for now is only on the 4th floor ongoing and hopefully will be 100 percent fully renovated by next... More

We booked 4 nights here with out local Thomas Cooke as part of a London deal. When I came home & read the reviews I was dubious to say the least. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. Our room was clean but tatty. There were 2 single beds like camp beds...not comfy at all.Breakfast was served in the foyer... More

Used this venue for a one night stay in Sept. The location is good tube stop 5 mins away. I thought the staff were fine. Ok so the breakfast was nt so good hot food cold etc but it was edible and there was plenty of it and various choices. One main plus was due to the area lack of... More

We booked engineers into this hotel for £90 a night. They were working nights so had to sleep during the day. There were works going on in the hotel, before booking no notification was made to us that works were going on or we wouldn't have booked. when I phoned to cancel I was et with rudeness from the reception... We booked this hotel with a train travel package through our travel agents. 3* not sure where they get 3* from! It is having an upgrade at the moment I think. The eating area was like a canteen and the breakfast wasn't up to much at all. We felt it was like a youth hostel with all the young groups... More

Be prepared to pay for everything. Wifi is paid by the hour, and if you want to leave a suitcase after checkout, youll have to pay that too. The workers are not particularly nice and have a tendency to keep speaking to each other in foreign languages in front of customers, so one doesn't know whether the conversation relates to... More

We booked this hotel before reading the reviews ( I know, I know), but we were delighted with our room and the Hotel in general. true the room was small, but it was clean and well laid out. We had a front facing, opening window overlooking the park, and air conditioning. Breakfast was a buffet style affair like a hostel... More

Before paying at my arrival i asked to have a look at the 4 bed room i wanted to rent, but they refused and said i could visit only the double room.I did it, and it was tidy and clean: exactly the opposite of the 4 bed room, as i found later at my expense.I stayed in a 4-bed room... More

One of the worst hotel I had ever seen. Incompetent and unfriendly staff, terrible rooms and high prices. Just look for another place if you don't want to ruin your holiday. Hopefully this one will close soon anyway.

Having read the reviews on here and other sites after booking, I was pretty scared about what my night away with my 8 year old daughter would be like! I am pleased to say though, that it was fine! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was basic, but adequate and whilst the room could definately do with... More
