The Tower region is not the best for sightseeing. But the hotel is nice, clean and quiet. It has also anrooftop bar from which one sees over the roofs. You should take a junior suite city view. The executive lounch is on the ground floor, small and dark. But the employees are all nice. It's about 5 minutes walking distance... More

This hotel is very well located with tremendous views of Tower Bridge from the top-floor bar. I have done the e-check-in on the app and so the check-in was efficient and quick, Hilton HHonors membership acknowledged and 2 warm cookies provided. The room was spacious with iMac screen serving for all in-room services and as a TV. A bottle of... More

Excellent hotel. Staff are super friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent if you are interested in the Tower of London. Tower Hill tube station is located on a line that connects conveniently to all major tourists areas. Thank you!!

Great room and some of them are facing Tower Bridge. Fantastic rooftop bar overlooking the Thames. Overall everything was meeting up with my expectations. Will recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips.

Stayed on business. Reception welcome was ok albeit a bit grumpy. Rooms totally ok, but very small for the price we paid (more than 250 GBP per night). Bathroom tiny but functional. Why do they attach the shower hose to the pole? Very annoying. Renovation works in the building across the street kept me awake half the night (since when... More

My 16 year old son & I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Our stay was outstanding! Situated approx. 100 meters from the Underground Tower Hill, makes the location itself excellent. We stayed in executive room 902, and the room was average, apart from the Imac TV - which was a '22 screen & as a TV, a bit... More

I was very pleased by the level of service offered by the hotel staff and appearance of the entrance lobby. The room was very clean and having an Apple MAC in the room was impressive. The Sky Bar was fantastic, lovely views and a great place to finish off an evening. The hotel was right next to Tower Hill tube... More

Stayed for one night in order to attend a friend's party close by. Lovely room- requested a quiet room- was very peaceful. Excellent breakfast, Competitive London price but the best assett is the staff. Everyone who handled our stay here was polite, efficient and friendly0 five star customer service- highly recommend this hotel.

Superbly organised destination. I rolled up 2 hours early hoping to park my bags in a lay by but my room was ready so got straight in there. I have stayed in a number of Hilton hotels around the country, to which all the rooms have looked the same. Now I know I was staying at a central London one,... More

The hotel is situated round the corner from Tower Hill tube station, very convenient but the tube station has a lots of steps to get up if you're traveling via tube with cases. We were on sixth floor room 653, very quiet, no noise whatsoever from outside or within, would definitely stay in this room again. All amenities very good... More

Staying in City of London

Neighborhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighborhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighborhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
