This hotel was very comfortable, probably the nicest hotel bed I've ever slept in. As a family of 4 we did have to be split over 2 rooms, unfortunately not connecting, but I think with direct contact with the hotel rather than through a third party booking site, this may have been possible. Also, incredibly quiet! The soundproofed rooms were... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights in July 2013 Excellent bar on the top floor, which was reasonably priced for a good London hotel. The views were wonderful. Location is good, close to tube stations and an easy walk to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Rooms were good, spacious and clean.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights over the Easter weekend. We arrived earlier than the check in time as we wanted to leave our luggage instead of carrying it around with us. Luckily we were allowed to check in and go straight to our room. We received a lovely welcome from all staff we spoke to and... More

Its my 2nd stay here. I was not as impressed as the first time, but I still think it represnents good value and meets all the essentials. The rooms are not large and bathrooms very functional (no bath), but its fine for 1 person on a business trip. But everything works fine. The main things that lift this hotel above... More

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The check in was fast and easy, the staff were helpful. The welcome cookies were delicious. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious for London standard. We had views of the inner court, was quite alright. Bottled water, kettle, tea and little biscuits are provided in the room. Good shower with quality... More

Excellent hotel, very clean and tidy. Great nights sleep. Location excellent, staff really helpful. Rooms very well presented, nothing negative to say about this hotel at all. Would recommend it to anyone.

I stayed in this hotel about a year ago, when it was still under the name of 'The Mint Hotel', and was very impressed. My grandparents had organised the trip to London, and had booked the hotel due to a discounted price, as it is quite expensive for our usual trip. We were astounded upon arrival, with the beautiful glass-ceiling... More

We stayed two nights at this lovely hotel at the end of March 2014. We checked in early and managed to get an upgrade without asking. The lady on the desk was very helpful and told us about the Executive Room extras. The rooms were spacious with an Apple Mac computer, which impressed our friend!! The rooftop bar is an... More

Rooms and public areas are all to Hilton standards but the USP is the 12th floor bar and outside terraces which enjoy fantastic views of the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the Thames. The location is great for the City of London but, of course, not ideal for the West End.

Good, new, Hilton. Staff good, restaurant good, bedrooms OK but not great (e.g. no showers), wifi can be suspect (I think it's being upgraded) but location is first class for the City, Tower of London, etc.
