We came to London for Monty python towards the end of July, after a simple check in we found our way to the room. It's a refreshing decor and small but not awkwardly so. The morning breakfast was great, a continental plus full option, fresh and tasty! The staff were friendly and I would definitely stay again. To the point... More

After visiting Hampton Court flower show, we decided to splash out on a suite at One Leicester street in central London, to be able to see a show on Sat afternoon. We were really pleased with the room, with views over the local rooftops and the Telecom Tower in the distance. Facilities included minibar, lots of toiletries and tea making... More

After reading lots of reviews, not all good I decided to try my luck and book, we wasn't disappointed, I booked 2 nights for me and my boyfriend, the hotel is has fantastic location, we didn't use any public transport once we got off the tube from kings cross, we really liked the modern rooms, I thought the open plan... Staff at reception were helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome. Our rooms were very nice, very clean and well appointed. The bathroom in the room (adjacent to the bed) was quite a surprise but at least the toilet had a privacy door! Location was spot-on for theatreland. However, next morning.................breakfast. One wonders if this hotel actually cares about the... More

I stayed here on business for one night. I struggled to find the Hotel and when I did the staff confirmed people often had trouble finding it. I found the room very noisy and thought the all white decor made it look like a sanatorium. The "Gourmet Mini Bar" had a very limited selection and no food or snacks which... More

Booked online and prepaid only to later out find this is actually the former St. John Hotel (long live Fergus!) which has quietly been taken over by a Singaporean (!) "group" of "boutique" hotels. If you know anything about Singapore "boutique" hotels, that's an indication to run the other way, at speed. At this point though - non-refundably committed -... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved the location - 15 minutes to Oxford street and also Covent garden - it was so easy to get around we only used the tube once to get back from Harrods when it rained. Its a boutique hotel - with just a little reception but the staff are so friendly and helpful... More

Worst hotel ever I experienced. In March 2014 we booked a room through HRS reservation with the possibility to cancel the hotel until a certain date without any fees or charges. So did we and HRS confirmed we cancelled within the period prescribed. But then the hotel charged our credit card. Since then the hotel does not respond to any... More

We stayed there for one night. Tge Hotel seems newly renovated and the price is quite ok. We didn't think it was noisy or anything, so we had a good nights sleep. Staff was very helpful and kind. However the breakfast is "very simple" - but gab an apple and you'll be fine ;-)
