We stayed for two nights from 5th to 7th September. I couldn't knock the location. It was just off Leicester Square and an easy walk to the Prince Edward Theatre where we were heading to watch a show. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. I believe it was £10 per person which with hindsight was probably worth... More

This hotel is perfectly placed for the West end. Surprisingly quiet for its central location. The rooms are small but not cramped and well appointed. I loved the hooks all round the room to hang ones things on. I liked the bath in the bedroom, fortunately the lavatory was in another room! Nice L'Occitaine products too. The staff were very... More

Stayed two nights july 2014. You can't beat the location, walking distance to most of Londons attractions and theaters. The room was on the small side but very clean and had everything you need. We had a fan making some noise outside our window , room 301. Friendly staff. Free wifi. Having read the rewiews here I didn't expect much... More

We came to London for Monty python towards the end of July, after a simple check in we found our way to the room. It's a refreshing decor and small but not awkwardly so. The morning breakfast was great, a continental plus full option, fresh and tasty! The staff were friendly and I would definitely stay again. To the point... More

After visiting Hampton Court flower show, we decided to splash out on a suite at One Leicester street in central London, to be able to see a show on Sat afternoon. We were really pleased with the room, with views over the local rooftops and the Telecom Tower in the distance. Facilities included minibar, lots of toiletries and tea making... More

After reading lots of reviews, not all good I decided to try my luck and book, we wasn't disappointed, I booked 2 nights for me and my boyfriend, the hotel is has fantastic location, we didn't use any public transport once we got off the tube from kings cross, we really liked the modern rooms, I thought the open plan... Staff at reception were helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome. Our rooms were very nice, very clean and well appointed. The bathroom in the room (adjacent to the bed) was quite a surprise but at least the toilet had a privacy door! Location was spot-on for theatreland. However, next morning.................breakfast. One wonders if this hotel actually cares about the... More

I stayed here on business for one night. I struggled to find the Hotel and when I did the staff confirmed people often had trouble finding it. I found the room very noisy and thought the all white decor made it look like a sanatorium. The "Gourmet Mini Bar" had a very limited selection and no food or snacks which... More

Booked online and prepaid only to later out find this is actually the former St. John Hotel (long live Fergus!) which has quietly been taken over by a Singaporean (!) "group" of "boutique" hotels. If you know anything about Singapore "boutique" hotels, that's an indication to run the other way, at speed. At this point though - non-refundably committed -... More
