Stayed at the novotel on a business trip, rooms are classic Novotel..... Very very standard, but overall well maintained.
They have refurbished shared facilities though which are nice, I particularly liked the breakfast and the Internet corner, nicely done.
This is a hotel mainly dedicated to groups with xxxx rooms, so you might feel a bit lost as an individual...

I stayed for 10 nights in this hotel during a business trip: - not clean - completely bad internet connection (several drops during online meetings) - no concierge - mediocre food Do not recommend this hotel. Hope this helps Thomas
this hotel location at west of london but easy to going anywhere... the food, staff was good
It's a BIG hotel on the outskirts of London. We received great service. The breakfast bar was very good. Nice rooms with air. Ice machines available. Near metro and bus stations. Downside is you may have very long halls to get to your room. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind staying slightly out of the city center.
If you're looking for anything other than average I'd avoid this busy conference hotel. Location is ok with a short walk to Hammersmith tube (5-10 mins) lots of shops, restaurants, bars are close by. Tube to central London takes around 15 mins. Rooms are acceptable but basic. Breakfast can be like a cattle market, a few airlines use this hotel...

Situation very handy to shops,tube and bus.Rooms slightly on the small side but adequate. Staff helpful and lovely breakfast.
Stayed here for three nights on business, great modern hotel with brilliant lobby space. Room was spacious and the bathroom comfortable. There were macs for use in the lobby, but couldn't run Skype which was a shame. No free wifi which I believe should be a standard in any hotel. Nice hotel with friendly staff and a significant breakfast buffet.
