The recently refurbished Thistle Hotel has provided an outstanding base for business stays. Service has been attentive and nothing has been too much trouble. The staff must be amongst the most obliging and happy I have known. Look out for Deepa on reception and Ozgun in the Dining room - first amongst equals. Highly Recommended Hotel More

The room appeared to have been recently refurbished - booked a standard double which was quite small but very well presented. The bathroom was also very good. The hotel was let down by poor service in the bar and housekeeping. Reception were very friendly. Overall very good. Would certainly use this hotel again. Very handy for Euston Station. More

We were booked in by a charming receptionist, our room was ready on arrival at 10.30am and was comfortable and peaceful. Given that the hotel is adjacent to Euston station this was quite a feat. Staff and porter were really exceptionally nice, pleasant and helpful e.g. heard people asking for crispy bacon which was cooked specially and served with a smile. Nice bright reception area and everything looks lovely and clean in public areas with the hotel refurbishment nearly completed.
