Admittedly it was a long time since I stayed here last (1996 actually) but it's gone really downhill. I was expecting quality and it is now little better than a travelodge in a prime location. Bathroom dirty - hairs in bath. Room very tired and tatty. Check in woeful even though I was checking in late and no one else... More

We booked the hotel for a Business event but took our children with us for a day out in London the following day. We are often disappointed with the standard of hotel rooms and their ability to provide family rooms. The Rembrandt provided us with adjoining rooms which were both spacious and extremely clean. Room service was lovely. We really... More

I was taken here as a surprise for my Wedding Anniversary and from the doorman who took our bags from us to the gentleman who brought us the card and wine they just delivered! We had our room upgraded and the room was just beautiful. The bed was very comfy and very large. Needed a taxi to get to other... More

We stayed here for two nights last week and cannot fault this fab hotel. Plush and spotlessly clean throughout. The room was pristine with everything you could ask for. We booked directly with the hotel and it was excellent value for money. Superb location directly opposite museums, a short stroll to knightsbridge and five minutes from tube station. Looking forward to... More

This is really one of those hotels you want to keep in your little address book. The overall package is excellent value for money, a lovely double-room with Jacuzzi and a very comfortable bed plus tea-making facilities. The buffet-breakfast is good quality with plenty of choice. Last but not least, staff is courteous and really helpful. I would not hesitate... More

I just spend 3 nights here for a conference. I was here last year as well. The only changes from last year is that the staff has become even more customer orientated and friendly. Everyone, from the doormen, through the reception , the bar, the staff at breakfast : literally everyone will go that extra mile to make you feel... More

Overall a very pleasant stay at the Rembrandt helpful pleasant reception staff who were very patient with my requests to change rooms. Quality of executive rooms was good although there is disparity of size of rooms in this category. Clean modern bathroom with big fluffy towels. Quality of breakfast was OK, staff would be better to put smaller amounts of... More

We stayed here over valentines weekend and I chose this hotel as in the pictures it looked really nice and had positive reviews on here. On the whole the hotel was clean, the room was a decent size for a London hotel room and the location good. However, just a few gripes. The room was booked in my partners name... More

We have just come back from a wonderful five days in London. The location was perfect for us; directly across the road from the Victoria and Albert Museum and within walking distance of the other museums. Also perfect for tube access and bus routes. I booked a 2 night stay with the hotel for myself and my wife for our wedding anniversary. On our arrival, we were upgraded from a club room to a Grand room which was a nice touch by the hotel. The girl at the front desk was very friendly. We were only in the room less than an hour and... More

Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighborhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
