The hotel is in a very well placed hotel. The staff are exceptional. They are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much for them. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The bed was very large and comfortable. The room was also very quiet and air-conditioned. We had a lovely breakfast each day and both bar and restaurant meals.... More

Rembrandt is fine as long as you don't need their help. We checked into the hotel minus luggage lost by British Airways. We explained this and talked with staff about continual problems in contacting BA - wrong numbers, answering machines, no answer etc. They were sympathetic but unable to help. On presenting our phone bill of 28 pound (!) at... More

After reading excellent reviews on Trip Advisor we chose this hotel to stay for its location and being near to the Royal Albert Hall, where we had tickets to see Leona Lewis in concert on 9 May 2013. On arrival by taxi the Concierge immediately greeted us to take our luggage into reception. A very busy place but was checked... More

This is the second time we stayed here and I have nowhere else to compare it to but also no reason to go anywhere else. Many of the staff were the same as last year. They are pleasant and helpful. Gave us a really good Indian restaurant recommendation out of a choice of three, booked me into an excellent hairdresser... More

I am very late in writing this review as we stayed here last year. We had an executive king room facing towards the rear of the hotel. The room was a very good size for London 4 star hotels and the bed was vey large and comfortable. We do not like duvets and the staff were vey accommodating changing to... More

This hotel is perfectly placed for all London attractions, just a 10-15 minute tube hop to Buckingham Palace etc. and literally 2-5 minutes walk to the Nat.Hist., Science and V+A museums. Da Mario's restau. (Princess Diana's old favourite) up the Gloucester Rd is a 49 bus ride away in high heels, or a nice evening stroll in flatties. The hotel... More

Very friendly hotel, just a few minutes walk from South Kensington Tube Station. The location is excellent, across the road from the V & A museum. There are loads of restaurants and cafes in the area, with Harrods Knightsbridge just down the road. We had room 557 this time which is on the top floor with nice views. It was... More

We stayed at the Rembrandt, located near the South Kensington Tube Station and directly across the street from the Victoria and Albert Museum for 6 days in mid-April. As suggested this hotel is very well located for just about anything you might want to do in London. Harrodsburg is a short walk away if you are interested in high end... More

An excellent hotel with an amazing location. Quick walk to tube or bus stops and nice neighborhood feel with cafes and late night dining. Rooms are good size for Europe and the staff is very attentive. The breakfast is excellent and included in the price. Will definitely choose again.

My sister, mum and I arrived from Australia, took a cab to the Rembrandt, ready to surprise mum with beautiful accommodation (one twin room and one single) for her 80th birthday. On arrival we were told we had no reservation and they did not cater for twin share at all in the hotel. After phoning our travel agent, who insisted... More
