My daughter and I stayed in a Superior Twin room that we had booked direct with the Hotel on an Easter Special Deal. For just £111 we had one night's stay and complimentary breakfast worth £40. The hotel is located in a very smart part of London and the front facade is very inviting. Our room overlooked Queens Gate Garden... More

only had 1 night here, but would return for longer. Booked a twin room but were given a family size room which was huge. Very clean in all areas, staff friendly although sometimes their understanding of english could have been better, always polite and happy to help though. Great to stay in a hotel with interesting history to it.

Average hotel with average rooms and average facilities. Ground floor ok, looks like a mock gentleman's club - very dark. Room small with huge bed which meant we had to institute a oneway system to get around it. Tiny wardrobe. Shower with no place for toiletries, room clean but very dated. Most staff, although friendly, spoke hardly any English at... More

We stayed here for a night as part of a theatre trip. It's a very grand building in a nice part of London, near the tube station. The interior is looking a little tired in places but is generally well maintained. What really spoilt our stay was that we were kept awake through the night by the staff going about... More

Stayed here with my wife for our anniversary. I had emailed them prior to inform and order some bubbly for the room. Upon arrival it was not mentioned and we were given a room with three beds in it!! Two singles a double which cut the room size considerably. The TV was only visable from the single beds!!! Only a... More

We have just returned from 2 nights at this excellent hotel. We wanted a hotel near the Royal Albert Hall & it was 10 minutes gentle stroll. Set in a quiet location but also close to the tube or like us walking distance to the museums & Harrods. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The bar was excellent... More

Stayed at this hotel for one night in March 2014. Situated in a quiet location close to Gloucester Road tube station and a good selection of shops and restaurants. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. There was a comfortable bar area and breakfast was served in a pleasant dining room. My only complaint is that the rooms were... More

We stayed at the Grange and loved it for its perfect position to everything that we want to be near during our stay in London. It was just right for us near everything we wanted. Close to a village for breakfast and a quick coffee, close to Gloucester tube station and Kensington Gardens for a relaxing walk. We both loved... More

I was in London for four days in March on vacation and the Grange Strathmore was a great choice. The best part of the hotel was its location - close to Gloucester Road tube station, which mean only a 25 minute ride on the tube to and from Heathrow. There is also a good grocery store nearby as well as... More

What a lovely, clean friendly hotel will defiantly stay again. We stayed here to watch the bodyguard at the Adelphi theater, The staff here are most friendly and helpful. The hotel it's self is wonderful.
