At least one time along the life you must have visit to exhibition road and its attractions. If you plan on it you could decide for a warmful stay at this hotel. And, if you are lucky might be your room have the window open on a quiet garden over Queen's Gate Garden. My double room was small, but well... More

Another great stay has just ended too early - we will definitely be back in London staying in Grange hotels. Strathmore is a historic building in a great location. The room was the smallest we have stayed in at Grange - but still bigger than a lot of other London hotel rooms we have stayed in. Here and there is... More

Stayed for one night, we got a great deal booking direct with the hotel as we have before when staying in Grange Hotels, it was in our opinion value for money. Fantastic location 2 minute walk from Gloucester Road tube and access to lots of shops for supplies if required (Waitrose, Boots, corner shops etc). Short walk to Hyde Park... More

We visited this hotel for our 40th Wedding Anniversary having stayed there 40 years ago when it was the Leicester Court Hotel. The building has not changed outside and inside and is a lovely Victorian building but the bedrooms are comfortable, clean and plenty of hot water and towels etc. The staff made us very welcome and a basket of complimentary... Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Booked on location and price.we were looking for a hotel within walking distance of the royal Albert hall at a reasonable price. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly. The standard rooms are small but for a couple of nights this is no problem. Positives - great price 2 nights bed and continental breakfast... More

Stunning hotel inside and out. We only stayed for 2 evenings, it was excellently located, within walking distance of Royal albert hall, Harrods and national history museum. The drawback to the hotel was our room, it was tiny! There was hardly any room to walk around. Tiny shower cubicle, could just about manoeuvre in there. Double bed with about 12... More

stayed here for 1 night as had a conference in London Room was tiny (it is London) but very clean and bed was hard which I like. Nice hot shower with plenty of towels Staff were friendly and continental breakfast was spot on. Location is great 2 minutes from the Gloucester rd tube and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops... I really enjoyed my stay. The Queens Gate Gardens Location was quiet yet central. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, polite, and professional. I decided to eat in rather than go in search of a restaurant and enjoyed a reasonably priced, good meal, with very attentive service. The hotel was clean. I would definitely stay there again. The only draw-back... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
