It's our second stay at this hotel we stayed in 2011, yet again we were not disappointed. We were on the fifth floor, the lift can take quite a while to arrive! we had a room literally right at the top and the window was not very big which at first I was disappointed with as I love to look... More

On traveling from Australia we were greeted with a climb up 4 flights of stairs to our 4th story 'cupboard' with 2 suit cases and hand luggage. The room was the smallest we have encountered in our many years of travel with little storage space and no room to open our cases. We are not big people but could not... More

This fine looking building lies nearby to the Gloucester Road tube and, so, sits in a very good location. Some care needs to be taken as almost every local street has "Queens Gate" somewhere in its title, but find the Radisson on Cromwell Road and you're not far away. My room was large enough and clean. The staff were all... More

I stayed for a single night B&B - room was very small ( a single with 2 single beds) and this was an upgraded room. However a great location 5 mins from the tube and felt safe walking at night (as a lone female) which was good. Breakfast was continental and was adequate but only just Would I stay again... More

I stayed here for 3 nights on business, due to events Most hotels were booked up and I could only get a single room. I know you expect single rooms to be smaller and I wasn't wrong in this case. The room itself was not too bad if you were only staying for one night, but the bathrooms are tiny.... More

This hotel from the decor and exterior is certainly very "Period English". Unfortunately it seems the rest of the hotel is stuck in the same era. The beds are horribly uncomfortable, the staff clumber around at all hours of the night banging doors open and shut right outside your room (never mind the fact there's 4 fire exit doors to... More

What a pity. In the hands of a less unscrupulous owner, this hotel could be a real gem. The building is beautiful and located on a serene corner, overlooking a big garden. Inside, it is a loveless, sad, musty, dysfunctional place. The service is courteous but unprofessional and ineffectual. I stayed three nights an could not change hotel because I... More

Ok, first, all hotels in London are pricey. Let's get past that. This hotel is in a posh neighborhood (South Kensington), and yet the location of the hotel slightly away from the main Cromwell Road makes it very quiet. The hotel is right next door to a small (private) park called Queens Gate Gardens. The hotel used to be the... More

i stayed 2 nights at this hotel and booked an executive room. i am glad i did this as i saw some of the guests in standard rooms going down the steps to stay in what looked like a cellar! the executive rooms don't seem to me like much of an upgrade for a 4 star hotel - they are... More

Stayed here as part of a London hotel / show deal. Nice hotel. Very quiet. Our room was very small, ok for just one night but we would have struggled if we'd had luggage! Thought breakfast was slightly over priced for the selection offered - very limited. That said, all the staff we met were very polite and pleasant. Would... More
