This is a small but friendly hotel. It is only 5 mins walk from Victoria Train and Coach station. Went to London for a few days and this little hotel was an ideal base. It is basic but clean and a cooked breakfast to start the day was a bonus. When there spoke to a couple from Sweden that had... More

I came here by accident after travelling 7 hours on a coach from Blackpool to see my bf of 2 years. After he failed to pick me up on time for the millionth time I dumped him and I feel much better for it lol! I got a cab to this hotel which the driver suggested. I should add that... More

Very close to Victoria station and heart of london. Room suited our basic needs, bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom small but provided what we needed. Our room was on top floor and four flights of stairs so was a bit of a climb but hopefully came away fitter. Breakfast was nice too, egg, sausage and bacon with lots of... More

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. When you stay there, your expectations should not be very high. The rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller, but everything is kept nice and clean. For a London trip where you're mostly gone during your stay, this is the perfect place, since it is smack in the middle of downtown... More

2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 23, 2015

We often stay in budget hotels so we don't have unreasonable expectations but our experience here turned out to be totally unacceptable. We stayed here two nights and the room, carpet (not vacuumed) and bathroom were not clean. The box spring was dirty and tattered. The full size door on a linen closet in the hall outside our room had... More

Overall a pleasant stay and very close to many amenities including bus and rail stations. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Rooms undergoing some much needed renovation. Also no tea/coffee making equipment in rooms..

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
