The hotel itself was good for the money paid nice clean and by the looks of it recently refurbished although a little small my room was for single occupancy so was fine. Breakfast was ok a simple continental... More

Just returned from 3 nights break in Lancaster Gate. Easy to find and well situated. 10 mins walk from tube station. Newly refurbished and well done. Very reasonably priced for London. Reception staff courteous and professional. Rooms compact but space well used. Spotlessly clean with fresh towels daily, complimentary toiletries and room rather warm but with adjustable radiator. Rooms booked... More

Positives: The location was good, not too far from public transport routes and easy to find. Food was not bad, not great but not bad. Bedding and towels were clean. The curtains were blackout curtains, great for hangovers. The lift was great if you wanted an up close and personal experience with the other occupants of the lift (very small)... More

We booked three nights. Just round the corner from Lancaster Gate tube which was really useful and also Hyde Park. Were given room on the top floor which was small but clean and well presented, the drain smelt a little tho but not worth making a fuss about. Staff were pleasant, breakfast good and we filled up for the day... More

I booked this as a good priced hotel for a single nights stay. Though my room was in the basement without "Windows" of any kind. It was large, very clean, well presented, and the shower room was huge! Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast "continental" was adequate and there was lots to choose from. For the price this is a... More

Room was small but enough room to get around. Sadly no cutlery though when we got take away! Service staff were super... More

One word rubbish Light Sensor in the bathroom is terrible, who on earth would set a timer for 10seconds! It's so annoying when it keep going off. The window in our room was rubbish it would keep bagging and the wind was coming through. You can hear everything. Bed wasn't the best. I would rate the hotel 2star The morning... More

Went for a few days away with my best friend and our sons. Wanted to be near a station to be able to get round easily. The Prince William hotel is about 5 mins from Paddington station and underground. It is an end mews house so the rooms are small but are clean and beds were comfortable. We had rooms... More

It is ideal for a short stay. Rooms are small, but new and clean. Better to ask for a room above the ground if possible, with a window. I think it is great value for money and the area is ideal to explore the rest of the city. Will come back.

We visited London on a short new years eve break and stayed in this hotel. On our arrival we had to visit another hotel opposite to check in. The room was a good size and had tea/coffee facilities, the bathroom however stunk - I cant describe the smell just really strong. The downstairs part of the hotel was under construction... More
