I stayed at the Prince William a while ago! They're now under the renovation which is clearly posted on every website! You have to check in at the opposite hotel and breakfast which is free of charge is served at the same hotel. The room was spotless comfortable beds and amazing bathroom and toilet in the room plus a huge... More

Firstly this is a wonderful location and good for tube links. The place was undergoing renervation when we arrived so not going to comment to much on rooms as that wouldn't be fair although they are small and the frosted glass door on the bathroom would not be appropriated if you stayed with a business colleague. The staff were rude... More

Not bad, in process of renovation and had to change rooms. Rooms a bit on the small side and bathrooms small. Good price and sure service and facilities better once renovations complete. 5 minute walk to the underground so the whole of London is on your doorstop.

At the mo they are having renovation work and there is no resurant. You have to check in the hotel opposite and have breakfast at this other hotel . Room was ok but no batteries in remote and no milk for coffee or tea in room . Staff were friendly but booked thro late rooms and they failed to inform... More

Ok the hotel is not the hilton, hot shower was best to have early in the morning otherwise.....there was not hot water, breakfast was in the basement and there were few buckets on the floor to collect the water from the ceiling...BUT the bedroom was clean and comfy, the hotel is close to underground and Hyde park and is CHEAP... Stayed here last week for 3 nights. I was supposed to stay at a nearby hotel but there was a problem with my booking there - that's a whole other story so back to the Prince William. The reception area is very small and shabby and the receptionist was not very friendly so I was a bit dubious as I... More

Room smelled awful and the amount of water it took to wash my hands took almost 45 minutes to drain. As soon as we opened the room door we noticed an absolutely foul smell! We called the front desk and were told there are no other rooms for us, but were offered an room spray, which also stunk. We were... More

This hotel es nothing different to the rest of the cheap hotels advertised in London. Bed: not unconfortable but certainly not the opposite. Breakfast: proper, there was not a huge variety. Staff helpful and they accepted to store our luggage until we had to leave to the airport. Location: GREAT! four blocks from Leicester square, walking distance to Hyde Park,... More

Great location near the Paddington Rail/Tube Station. The room was on 4th floor, recently renovated. overlooked a mmews and quiet, even on a Sat night. The room was small, but fine for a couple overnight or a couple of nights, it was very clean, as was the bathroom. A simple continental breakfast was included in the price. Free WiFi and... More

Average room in a very convenient part of London. Quick access to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. The room is pretty small, but it has the basics. We stayed on a street facing room, which was a little loud and the light came through the curtains. The breakfast was poor - not enough space and very limited selection.
