Stayed there for 5 nights. The staffs were super friendly, the breakfast was superb, the room was comfortable. There are many restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay there again! (Travel date : october 2011)

A very friendly Hotel that is situated in an ideal position for the West End and Central London. Rooms clean, warm and comfortable. The lasting impression is of the smiling staff whop were always helpful on our three night stay and made a change from many London Hotels where a grunt is the norm. Recommended and we will use again.

Clean and comfortable hotel, close to Hyde park and Oxford Street shops. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was fine and service was really quick. Excellent room rates, expecially if you book on-line. I've not been able to find a better value hotel of this quality.

For London this hotel is very good value. The rooms are basic but who spends time in their hotel room apart from sleeping when in London. Its handy to the Tube and easy to grab a taxi outside. Got there for 3 days stay in London in the beginning of October. The place is having good location.. close to Paddington station, Hyde park, and 10-15 minutes walk from Marble Arch. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Kate and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, understanding and friendly and helped us out on numerous occasions. We spent eight nights and found the location very convenient to public transport, eateries, Hyde park and pubs.
