We stayed in room 307 on the 15th to the 17th the room was lovely and the little extras were a nice touch the reception staff were really helpful and friendly the only things I found wrong was there were three of us in the room and only one bed there was supposed to be an extra bed so I... More

Excellent, friendly welcome service (compliments to the staff) , nice clean rooms, WIFI fast... what else would you need for a 3-days-business trip. Next tube is just a 10min. walk away from the hotel. Not cheap, though.

We stayed 1 night to allow us to explore London bridge and Borough. Comfortable room with good facilities. Staff pleasant but didn't speak good English which caused some confusion with parking which is very limited on site. Secure park about 20 min walk away but not arranged by hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a short break in November (2 nights) and it was just what we needed. It's located quite a walk from a tube station, but not too far for it to be a chore. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms clean and just about the right size. After all, what are... More

My husband and I stayed for two nights, mid week, at the Mecure and were quite happy with it, although we did pay less than the published rates, via Hotwire. The room was on the small side but was adequate for our stay. The bathroom had maybe seen better days but the shower worked and there was plenty of hot... More

Stayed here 3 or 4 times on business. As a Platinum status card holder, I have never been offered an upgrade nor been offered a room above the first floor even though I have asked. Last night I was given a pokey hot room with no window of any substance (room 113). The shower didn't really work - no power... More

This hotel is in Southwark, across the Thames from London center. You are closs to the Globe , the Tate Modern, and the south side of the river. It has a more business vibe and a more blue collar feel. The RV1 Bus passes right nearby so you can connect to anywhere. It just feels more isolated than it is. Not... More
