The Majestic Hotel is well located in Cromwell Road between Gloucester Road and Earls Court tube stations. It is located within walking distances of Kensington High Street, Earls Court and Knightsbridge. A clue to the Majestic’s facilities is its low room rates. Do not expect any luxury, this is a cheap and extremely basic bed & breakfast facility for short... More

Worst place I have ever visited. The reception area was a bombsite....luggage all over, dust everywhere. The net curtains were grey, tinged with black. The place smelt; musty old and damp. The lift was a disgrace. The carpets in the hallway were heavily worn through to the flooring underneath. The door to our room didn't fit in the frame leaving... More

The Hotel is very close to the Tube station (Manor House) and that is the main advantage of staying there. Not the safest area in London, specially at night. The room was dark, small, a very small window. In summer time you may not have a good sleep, no circulation of air. Bathroom was nice but shower didn't work at... More

I went to this hotel in August to meet my lovely niece who was over for a trip from Australia with her friend. The hotel looks ok from the outside but as soon as you enter the reception area the nasty truth begins to dawn. The place is absolutely filthy, how it passed any official inspections is beyond me. I... More

Stayed in the Majestic last night - room 510. The bedroom was a family room and was quite large and bright. Bed very clean and comfortable. Downside - there was a fridge but no kettle or means to make a drink. The bathroom was a bit grubby and very little hot water. The breakfast was a let down with juice,... More

This place is the most disgusting place I've ever stayed in. The room had brown stains all over the walls, the curtains had holes all over them, the bathroom was dark and not clean, the hallway leading to the room was dingy. My friend commented it looked like a hotel from a horror movie. In the morning we found bed... More

I sincerely hope that the Health and Safety people read this review because this excuse for a hotel should be of even more concern to them than to prospective visitors to London. I was lumbered with it as part of a package deal and I honestly considered finding a cheap B&B and forgoing the £60 a night I'd paid in... More

The first thing I will say is this, I found these reveiws the night before our trip to London and was in tears, after saving hard to take my son to London for the weekend. The first time we have been away together, he's 15yrs old. So write the truth, but remember that people read these too. Well, obviously after... More
