We arrived at the Hotel for our 7 night stay. The receptionist tells us after 20 minutes the rooms are ready. We go upstairs, that is not true one room has been done and she is obviously completely confused. Sorted eventually. We go to bed that night and my husband and I are fighting with the sheet and duvet on... More

Our tour group stayed here. The impressive Corinthian column entrance turned into more of a classic country inn feel inside and was surrounded by a single family neighborhood that hide what used to be a larger estate. Getting to our room was unusual due to additions added. We had a 2nd floor room number, but when we took the elevator... More

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip very recently and had a pleasant stay indeed. My room was on the traditional side of modern (dark wood furniture isn't to everyone's taste) but it was clean, tidy, didn't smell, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom... More

The building is hemmed in by other properties and does not have the sweeping lawns you might expect from glancing at the photos. It is clean and even stylish in places and the staff are pleasant and helpful, although I would have appreciated some help with my luggage. My room was a tad small and I could hear my neighbours... There's nothing special about this hotel, but in saying this it does what it needs to do well, and in parts very well. For one , its easy to find in a suburban part of North London. It has a good car park , good reception and all the food we tried was good or very good. The rooms are... More

Stayed one night on business and could not fault the staff throughout the stay. The hotel is located in nice suburban area, and only 10 minutes walk from the local shops and pubs. My room was reasonable size but a little tired in some area. Paint had peeled from the bathroom ceiling. The public areas were in general well decorated... More

We were here for a wedding and spent four nights at the hotel. It's a lovely old building with a long and interesting history. We travelled from the north and the Hendon Hall is excellently placed, under a mile from exit 2 of the M1. We booked online through the hotel's own site and chose an executive room with breakfast... We were visiting family in Highgate and travelling from Southport. The position was ideal - straight off the motorway and into the carpark A free shuttlebus took us to the station. Perfect. The bedroom was very pleasant and had two windows with different aspects. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was hit and miss. The service on the second morning was... More

Nice quick check in by a courteous French lady who made my name sound very exotic. Oh and I got room 101. Excellent food in the restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Courteous and friendly staff. They had no problem sorting out a gluten free dish for me. I had mushroom soup, which was amazing, best I've ever had and I've... More
