I booked this hotel through Booking.com as a free cancellation offer. I had to cancel due to my travel plans changing and when I went to cancel the website was not working so the cancellation was 4 minutes beyond the deadline for cancelling. Completely beyond my control. They refused to give me any money back as it was 4 minutes... More

It was my first visit to London an I had no idea about distances of location. Then i've chosen an important point (British Museum) and selected my hotel according to this. I have to say that if you are interested in locations this will be an excellent choice. The hotel hasn't strong qualifications but you can reach everywhere easily, you... More

Positive Good situation, in the middle of London, near the British museum. Good heating system, you won't feel any cold. No excessive noise disturbance. However in the room itself due to the absence of noise isolation and big traffic you will hear the ambulance every now and then. Decoration: Inexistent. The lamps are all in a bad position and they... More

My partner and I were extremely disappointed with our “stay”, if you could even call it a stay, as we were in and out within an hour due to the extreme lack of basic hygiene and service received at this hotel. On arrival we walked in through the front door into reception where we were greeted with an over powering... More

I am a regular guest at the Gresham hotel as I always stay there when I make business trips to London. You simply can't beat the value the Gresham offers in central London... you can get a private room in the Gresham for a similar price that some hostels charge for a shared room! It's often difficult to get a... More

I've stayed here twice and have been quite satisified both times! It's nothing fancy - simple bed with a sink, shared bathroom and shower down the hall - but it's clean, comfortable, inexpensive, practical and safe. The location is excellent. It's close to the buses, underground, British Museum, Covent Garden and much more. There's free wi-fi and the owners are... More

I stayed here for one night as a convenient way to get to an early meeting. I really wouldn't have wanted to stay for longer. It wasn't terrible. The best bit - the sheets and towels were clean. The worst... the hotel is tired. I had to climb a fair few flights of old stairs with my bags, it was... More

I stay here most weeks as once a week I have a short gap between shifts working in Leicester Square. The amenities are basic but at their prices there is nowhere that comes close in this area.I tried lots of places in the area before choosing The Gresham as my regular choice. The staff are friendly and it is a short... More
