My stay in the Gresham hotel, was for 2 nights only. The hotel itself is very small, we were greeted by lovely staff on arrival. We then entered the lounge area where the wifi only works, so you cannot get it in your bedrooms etc. We attempted to go in the lift as we had so much luggage, but as... More

When reviewing any establishment we must be careful to do so fairly. When you book the Gresham you know it is two star and therefore you cannot be expecting four star luxury. The Gresham is a small, unpretentious hotel that deserves an overall rating of very good. I was welcomed at reception by a very friendly and helpful Samira. I... More

We stayed for two nights at a cost of £110. Cheap, considering the location. It is ideally centrally located. The lady at reception was helpful and it is staffed 24hrs a day. We had the option of a ground floor room so as not to lug our suitcases upstairs. We took it. The bathroom was small but the water wS... More

If you are willing to stay in a dorm then it is the place for you. Perfect location. Beds were hard. Windows kept the wind out kind of. Did not keep the sound out at all. My daughter kept saying close the window. But it was closed. Tv didn't work. No internet (wasn't advertised). It's bare minimum. All my dorm... More

The room is terrible, it is an unpleasant place to stay but it is centrally located and very cheap so you can't expect better. We took precautions having read reviews on Trip Advisor Biggest problems is flea infestation and lack of security so my advise is do not allow any of your possessions to touch any soft furnishings, fumigate the... This hotel was in a truly excellent location. It couldn't have been better. The hotel it self was the biggest dump I have ever stayed in. The dirt around the skirting boards and sockets had to be seen to be believed. The flooring was cracked and no carpet. There was no double glazing even though the room overlooks an extremely... This hotel is well situated in London, close to the most attractive places. The staff is friendly. Shower and toilet on the corridor are allright but the the room had a very small and dirty TV uncomfortable bed, clean linien but the blanket and the room needed to be cleaner

It was the worst hotel I've ever been to.. Terrible condition of the rooms and corridor. Very noisy due to the traffic outside and the slim walls between the rooms. Small and smelly beds, dirty carpets. Unhygenic bathroom with pubic hair on the toilet seat. Rude and unprofessional stuff and not to mention their english knowledge is so bad. I... More
