The decor was so dated and run down, the furniture was falling art. Apart from that the beds were clean and so was the bathroom. Location is good.there is nothing else I can say about this place in its favour Really would never stay there again

The best of the hotel is the location near the British Museum. The service is not going to smile you but they achieve the minimum clean tasks. Don't forget ear plugs because it's a bit noisy. No wifi in the hotel. Despite this I think it has a good quality-price relation

A very bad experience. It was dirty, run down, tatty and after seeing my room , I paid my cancellation fee and left. The shower was in the toilet and the toilet in a cupboard. I would not recommend this to anyone and should not be allowed to run as an hotel in this area of London.

The only thing you can save from this hostel is the location. Old furniture. I would hardly recommend it. It is 1 minute to British Museum, 5 minutes to Covent Garden, 5 minutes to Soho, 5 minutes to Chinatown, 10 minutes to Picadilly

My stay in the Gresham hotel, was for 2 nights only. The hotel itself is very small, we were greeted by lovely staff on arrival. We then entered the lounge area where the wifi only works, so you cannot get it in your bedrooms etc. We attempted to go in the lift as we had so much luggage, but as... More

When reviewing any establishment we must be careful to do so fairly. When you book the Gresham you know it is two star and therefore you cannot be expecting four star luxury. The Gresham is a small, unpretentious hotel that deserves an overall rating of very good. I was welcomed at reception by a very friendly and helpful Samira. I... More
