We were looking forward to our 1-night stay having booked through air-miles. We checked in and were informed that we were getting an upgrade to a room with a 4-poster bed. Great ! We absolutely enjoyed this hotel, it was very quaint and "english". The service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us with what ever we needed.
