Stayed weekend of 12/6/15 seemed out of the way hotel but easy access to tube and local restaurants. River view suite fantastic. Magical family evening on the terrace. Varied food and drink on offer at reasonable prices. Very helpful staff. I look forward to my return in September.

When only the very best will do the Chelsea Harbour Hotel won't disappoint, if ever a hotel merits 7 stars this one does, what distinguishes it is the exceptional courtesy and professionalism of the staff without exception, each of them a credit and absolute asset to the Hotel and Millennium brand.

I stayed in a river view suite. The view was lovely and the room was spacious and well appointed. No complaints at all about the accommodations. The problem was the service -- it was simply awful. The service was bad if this were a Motel 6 and simply unimaginably bad for an expensive 5 start hotel in London. A few... More

Nice hotel - reasonable room rate, all rooms are suites. location is a bit of a pain for getting into central LDN but ideal for West. Good enough pool/gym area. Food at hotel was good. Room service excellent Friendly (obvs) staff

Stayed here with my husband who was on business. It was ok but it didn't feel 5star. It felt a bit sole less. The rooms/suite are big but very beige. It didn't have a modern feel to it.The wi-fi didn't work and the refreshments weren't refilled thought our stay. We were out both evenings until late so we couldn't be... More

I stayed at the Chelsea Harbour hotel with my wife and two daughters for a week. While pricey on a per-room basis, it is an all-suite hotel (bedroom + generously sized living room with room for a double sofa bed). Location is a bit out of the way, but the Imperial Wharf London Overground station is minutes away. There is... More

This is my favourite hotel in London. I tried several others five stars hotel in London but still Chealsea Harbour is the best for me. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, facing the amazing harbour, you can enjoy the river view. The brasserie is very good, tasty mediterranean food. Nice spa and pool. 10 minutes walking distance... More

WOW what a wonderful hotel, so much meet and greet on arrival. The hotel was very busy with the Formula E car weekend in Battersea and Wimbledon. The staff on arrival could not do enough for us. Alex and the 2 Paul's all amazing genuine service and care. The hotel functions very well. An excellent breakfast on Sunday morning and... More

This hotel is really first rate. The staff are great, the food is super. We had a great room and the hotel is near Kings Road Chelsea. We went to the tennis at Queens (a few miles away). Would definitely return to this hotel. It's not cheap but it was well worth it

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
