4 of us stayed here for the bank holiday weekend. We had the family room which consisted of 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly too. The location is great, just a 5 min walk from Baker Street station. The beds were very comfortable, had a great couple... More

I went to London to watch the rugby league cup final on the 23rd of August. The hotel was ideally situated being only minutes away from Baker St tube station. The hotel was good for a one night stay at only 80 pounds (room only) The room was very clean but basic. My room was on the third floor and... More

Nice enough hotel in Central London. I stay in many hotels in this area due to regular work trips. This is definitely one of the better hotels in the area for the price range. Wouldn't go here for holiday but for crashing after lots of meetings and avoiding the tube due it's central location.... It's ideal!

Stayed at this lovely hotel one night to attend a training course the following day. Friendly manager checked me in and carried my bag to my room (as no lift). Room very spacious and comfortable with great amenities - almost like an apartment. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there are many coffee shops within easy walking distance on... More

Beautiful hotel and very nicely finished. Our room was lovely and big unfortunately our fridge didn't work, when we enquired about this we were told that the hotel didn't have enough power to run all the fridges which seemed quite pointless. The separate shower and tub as suggested on the website was more than a little misleading. Our shower head... More

Brilliant stay at this hotel. Room was excellent, large room with bed on mezzanine floor. Amenities basic but just what you need for a short stay. Location is excellent, baker st underground and marylebone station just a 5 min walk away. We would definitely choose this hotel the next time we stay in London!

Since I couldn't find much info the hotel / apartment complex I did have some doubts at first, but reviews on here and on Booking.com were really positive so we decided to take the risk as we had fallen in love with the pictures straight away. And were we glad we did! We had a family room (fits 4, we... More

Arrived at this hotel on a business trip. Check in was easy and the hotel owner (i think) was polite. He told us what room we were in, with out really listening we proceeded up the stairs. He called us back and told us to go down the stairs to the basement - that's where our room was. Opened the... More

Couldn't really fault the hotel, it is very easy to get to from all local attractions. We paid a very low price considering what the other hotels were trying to charge and we were very happy. The only thing we would fault would be the furniture in the rooms felt slightly cheap and mis-matched.

This was the first stop on a European tour and although we'd been warned about accommodation that was anything other than 'expensive', we found this hotel was both good value (actually, great value) AND beautifully appointed. Felt as though we'd struck it very lucky! Service was always courteous and helpful; fabulous breakfast; a night in the restaurant also didn't disappoint.... More
