The family arrived from Australia and we came in 5 hours early. We got an average bedroom with a bad bathroom. What set it apart was its range when it came to breakfast which was quite good. We had an okay stay and we were glad to have booked there. Nice staff.

My fiancée and I was staying here for 8 nights, the poor man in the reception was weary and rattled away the information in a few seconds, showing us some stupid signs. Although English is just my second language, I am quite fluent, and I don´t like being taken for a fool. The room was very clean, but seriously outdated.... More

Cleanliness – that’s the downfall. Wasn’t dirty but they didn’t change my sheets the whole time I was there Room – the room was small but decent , the bathroom on the other hand was very small that I needed to leave the door open when using the toilette as my knees hit the door. As I was traveling alone... More

I stayed here for three nights in a twin room with a friend who was visiting from overseas. First the positives: the location is good - close to paddington station and some nice restaurants, the room contained a large television and the bathroom was clean. Also, breakfast was included, which was good. You need to ask for two eggs otherwise... More

We arrived around 10AM and we were lucky that our room was ready, so we could check in and leave our luggage in the room. We were in room 16 (double room) on the top floor. It was quite a climb to get to our room. The first couple of stairs were ok, but from the 2nd floor they were... More

Booked 1single and 1double room for sightseeing trip. On arrival sister travelling alone had been allocated room on 3rd floor but due to using walking stick receptionist had room changed to No 7a lower ground My wife and I allocated room 23. Both rooms tidy but toilet in room 23 too small shower curtain against toilet seat. Rooms were comfortable... More

we wanted a few days away relatively inexpensive to celebrate our silver wedding and the Belvedere was just perfect. Very convient for paddington tube and buses on the door step closely located to a number of inexpensive eateries. We had room 23 over looking the front and was pleasantly suprised to have a balcony with chairs and table lovely to... More

Perfect location only a few minutes walk fro Paddington station & underground. On a fairly quiet leafy street with park area so I had no problems with noise or trouble sleeping.Lots of facilities outside hotel such as pubs & convenience stores. Hotel itself was a smallish private property. The rooms were just what you need to relax after a hard day pounding... More
