TThis place was a huge disappointment. Stayed on the ground floor and it was noisy beyond belief due to constant tube traffic. There are more rooms in the basement so beware. I paid £75 but the place next door which looked identical was £60. Really glad it was only for one night. Bad points: WiFi did not work No shower... More

Pros: * Great location--less than 2 blocks from Paddington Station * Clean * Free wifi worked better than expected * Decent free breakfast Cons: * Three times when I returned after being out and about the "Back in 5 Minutes" sign was on the locked front door. Granted, I never had to wait more than 5 minutes, but when stood... More

This was our 2nd visit and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. We only spent 1 night here. We stayed here just before Christmas. The location of the hotel is perfect. The bus stop is only a few steps away and it's near Paddington station and only a few bus stops from Oxford Street. The man at... More

One of the best cheap hotels we have used- can't fault it for the price, and very conveniently placed, a few minutes from Paddington. Even felt like home as they are installing new pipework & it was stored in the corridor!

I've been there couple weeks ago for a few days. The hotel isn't so bad but nothing special. It's good if you leave the hotel on the morning and you're back on the evening. Location of the hotel is perfect, 2 minutes walk to the underground but nothing else. Breakfast is very poor. No fruits, no veg (1 small egg,... More

I was at Belvedere Hotel for 2 nights. Had been to London for work and decided to stay there for some more time. It is an old residence converted to a hotel/BnB. I had my room on the 3rd floor with no lift. The person at the reception was kind to let me leave my bag at the reception but... More

A great hotel for a quick stopver in London, great location, really comfy beds, plentiful and tasty breakfast, very, very clean rooms, no complaints at all. Really cannot understand anyone being negative about this hotel.

Breakfast was ok with egg, bacon and beans prepared at the moment everyday. Location was fine for going everywhere in short time and for late arrival in London because the hotel is located only 20 minutes walking from Baker street . Bathroom very very small. My wife was 5 month pregnant. One week more and she could have not been... More

I needed somewhere central to stay for a night, and this hotel was excellent. Of course it's not luxury, but at the price I paid for it I wasn't expecting anything much, and it more than exceeded my expectations. A clean bed and a room to stay in for the night. If you're looking somewhere basic then I paid would... More
