Everything was perfect. Norfolk Square is a nice place, near Paddington Station, Oxford Street and Hyde Park. The staff was really very kind, the room was very big and with a good bathroom as well (a strange thing in London!). I strongly recommend this hotel!

Couldn't have picked a better hotel for our budget! The location was not only beautiful but so convenient!! The room was cute although the bathroom smelled a little. Bed was comfy, Internet was good and breakfast was great. Couldn't recommend this hotel more! We read reviews before our stay and were a little concerned but pleasantly surprised upon arrival so... I can´t say anything bad about this hotel! It was clean and spacey (for London), the staff was very friendly and handy. The location is almost perfect as well. even though the breakfast was the same every day, u had a lot of things to choose from.

The worse Hotel I've ever stayed in. One step up from a hostile. Unfortunely it was for a week so we had plenty of time to see how bad it was. Poor management. rude employees. They need a meeting so everyone is on the same page. Toilets backed no heat and guests are aloud to smoke on front and only... More

Recently spent four nights here with a friend. Positives were location (close to Paddington Station) a single bed each, the room was cleaned regularly, plenty of hot water, a private bathroom and breakfast. Breakfast included cereals, milk, yoghurt, fruit, waffles, toast, spreads, eggs, juice, water and hot drinks. Negatives were that the room could be a bit noisy from other... More

Spent a week at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. Im not one to write bad reviews for anything but the service we received was so miserable it moved me to write this. Room was extremely small and cramped, beds were hard, ceiling was noisy (could hear footsteps at night). Customer service was extremely poor, had to pay for wifi... More

Dear Laura E, After having read your comment we can be sure that your criticism is harsh, extreme and to some extend false. We understand this hotel was not what you may have been looking for and that you may have expected a larger room, but we have a Victorian building in the center of London, so space is limited....
