I stayed here for one night in May 2015 and I was appalled. Not only was the room the size of a single bed, the worst part was that it was very dirty, there was no hot water and the locks on the doors were insecure. It may be cheap, but do not be fooled.

Wanted somewhere cheap to stay between hospital treatment. Should have known better. Bed was reasonably comfortable and TV worked, but otherwise.... Carpets grubby. Lift to all floors meant direct access to 1 room per floor and the rest required climbs of several stairs. Water power in shower very feeble, soap rack hanging off wall. Fridge didn't work. Final straw, breakfast... More

I stayed here one night in March with a friend. In an excellent location behind the BBC. The room was spacious but dated. Beds and bedding clean but old. I won't mention too much about the bathroom, but there was no way I'd step in the bath, dirt round the plug hole and tide marks which had probably been there... More

I got to the hotel thought it looked like a nice place until I got into the lift... If you had a big suitcase you would be screwed as there was one single door that U had to open yourself then a stupid crossed door U had to slide across.. When I got into my room it was like a... More

I had stayed in this hotel from 29 March to 1 April 2015. The service wasn' made all days, meaning: the bed wasn't made, the trash was in the trash can, the room wasn't cleaned, the soap unchanged, the towells were unchanged, the tea an coffee also unchanged, and the cups unwashed. More than that in the compartment where the... More

Just reading the other reviews of the guests who stayed the same time as us and I smiled. I've stayed at a few hotels/guest houses in London and its very hit and miss with the lower budget ones. In some respects I want to give this place a poor rating then on the other hand an average rating. so here... More

We were booked in for a night on valentines night . We left our suitcase at 11 30 am ( in the reception ) and when we returned at 9 pm we were told that there had been a short circuit in the double / twin room that we had booked. We were offered two single rooms instead. When we... More

Had a confirmed reservation for Valentines Day which also happened to be our Anniversary! Upon arrival we were told our double room was not available and we were given two single rooms on different floors!! Funnily enough whilst reading through the reviews for this hotel I came across an identical complaint to ours ! Is this some sort of scam... More

I stayed here for the night because I was visiting the BBC. The price for a single room in such a great location was very reasonable and it included breakfast. The room was just standard, with a shower, toilet and the sink was in the room. The tv was perfectly placed so I could watch while lying in bed. My... More
