I'm going to start on the positives, it had clean towels. The toilet flushed and the TV and kettle worked. I have travelled extensively around the world and this is the worst place. The corridor at the top was so small you could barely walk with your bags. No where to put my bag so had to sleep with it... More

Stayed for one night whilst on a works night out in London. First off, if you get an en-suite room in central London for £50 then don't complain that's it's not the Ritz or that a Travel Lodge is better. You can't get a Travel Lodge for £50 in central London, trust me I tried! Yes the decor is somewhat... More

I am the least fussy traveler in the world.. but this hotel is truly terrible. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced (just one example is letting me struggle to the lift with my two large bags and when I asked for help telling me they dont offer room service!? - refusing and extra blanket and many more issues).... Vile dirty complete rip off of ahotel. I couldn't pluck up the courage to eat breakfast and checked out early. An absolute disgrace. How this place is allowed to trade beats me. Please please don't even consider this as a place to stay. Not much more I can say just look at the pics of my room.

It is a budget hotel, I was not expecting much but the radiator was on all night which made my room like a sauna. I did ask reception to turn it down/off but they were completely unhelpful. The bed was so old that it was worn on one side which meant I kept rolling to the edge when i was... More

Where do I begin?!!!! Shower scolding hot and when I rang down to reception the guy said they were having problems with the hot water and that it would be sorted but couldn't give me a time frame. Eventually after running shower for 30mins or more I managed to wash myself with the dribble of boiling water that was coming... More

I stayed 2 nights. The first night in a single room (£70) which was so small there wasn't anywhere to put my suitcase except between the bedroom and the shower/loo room. The internal door was propped open by a copy of the yellow pages. The second night was in a double room at £130 (the infamous Room 19 - see... More

How did we end up with a basement room? Paid £99.00 on-line. I don't think that's cheap so why the worst room in the house? No hot water in the morning. Bakerloo line audible. Should have booked in at the Savoy.

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my wife for a shopping trip at Christmas through Booking.Com for the 5th & 6th December. When I got the confirmation email I found that the site had actually made the booking for the 5th & 6th September and when I tried to amend it I was informed that the date for... More
