Good points: nice and quiet, clean, very close to the Earls Court tube station and some great restaurants (check out Masala Zone and try the Dahi Puri if you're nearby!) Watch out for: it's a tall, narrow building so there are lots of stairs and no lift - not great for anyone who can't cope well with stairs. The rooms... More

Very tiny room. More like a prison cell, so it is small. No chair, no table, no wardrobe, no nightstand. Even no window. Tiny shower cabin suitable perhaps for dwarfs. It is heavily overpriced. Very poor breakfast. You can get a full English breakfast on the high street for £5. There are 2 positive points: good location (close to tube... More

The location of the hotel is very good but the rooms are so so small.. The breakfast was poor and generally a bit amateur staff (not bad, but amateur!!).. Generally if you need a hotel in the area, you can choose that, but don't expect anything special.. It's more like a bed to sleep, rather than hotel! And finally, the... More

The hotel is great location for walking distance to Earl's Court Exhibition Centre in summer. We needed to hang in our room key to reception each time when you going out. It is a big building and i stayed at top floor without a lift i needed to walk upstirs but not a big problems for me. I found that... More

I was there for 4 nights. I didn't like that I had to carry all of my things up three floors but the room, although tiny, was comfortable and enough for one. The breakfast was simple but decent. Location was good with easy access to Earl's Court underground within an easy walk.

I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here. The first room we were in was on the ground floor and we could hear absolutely everything that was being said at the reception desk. Furthermore, or room was so small that with our suitcases in our room we either couldn't get into the toilet or the room exit door was blocked. Trying to... More

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Very convenient. 5 minutes walk to Earl's Court tube on the District & Piccadilly line so easy to get to Heathrow. I had a room with a double bed and there wasn't much space for anything else. If you have lots of luggage you will have no space to move around! The shower is... More

Verk dark room. If you want light you'll have to pull the curtains so people outside could see you. Extremely small for 3 beds, no desk, no chair, and it looks nothing like the pictures on their website. You hear doors slamming and people turning in their beds getting their elbows, feet or knees in the wall. Only one key... More

Complete rip off!! The ibis down the road offer much better rooms for half the price. Room was terrible. We were meant to stay for the week but got a refund and only stayed for one night as we had paid already. I am not a fussy person but we booked a twin room and it barely fit the tiny... More

So I booked this hotel for one night via Booking.com. Despite already paying online, and already being charged, when I checked-in, the hotel charged me again! After a massive dispute in which I was on the phone to Booking.com for an hour, I ordered that I MUST stay another night there as they've already charged me for two nights instead... More
