My friend and I booked this hotel for 4 nights in June. We knew it was going to be small however our double room barely gave two people enough space to change at the same time. Our second issue was the aircon was not working and the windows open only 10cm. Then we attempted to shower. The cold water was... More

Easily the smallest room I've even seen, with a minuscule shower. I assure this is not the statement of a Diva spoiled by massive rooms moaning for the sake of moaning, it was comically small. Big frustration is having to carry luggage up several flights of stairs to get to the room with a key that is way to big... More

Smallest room we have EVER stayed in in a major city for an unreasonable sum. Desk staff were great but the positives ended there. Tissue paper thin walls. In 4 days, never got clean towels. Not a lovely experience.

This is a lovely hotel, conveniently located on a quiet street just two blocks from the Earl's Court tube station with numerous eateries and shoppes nearby. Courteous and efficient staff man the front desk 24/7. Very small, but clean and comfortable, en suite (private bath) rooms. Nicely decorated with an A/C unit in room. An oscillating fan also improved cooling... More

The room was tiny and you could hear people coming to and from their rooms. But, compared to the cost of other hotels in the area and knowing that you only need a place to rest your head for a few hours makes the cramped quarters worth it. The hotel is nestled on a residential street so it is easy... More

Love the location, it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Staff were professional and curious. We arrived very late and where given room 105 the smallest room I have ever been in, in the morning I went to reception to ask for a bigger room and my demand was met I was able to choose what I wanted with no... This hotel is very basic! The rooms are very small in my opinion, but we expected that after reading reviews. It was a little dark, especially at night when there was no extra light from our window. However, the room was clean, and the bathroom was a decent size. You may have to walk up several sets of stairs in... More

Very convenient, very small but ok as only stayed one night, it was clean but do not expect a hairdryer in each room! In fact when asking at reception for one they said it had been given to another guest. If there isn't one in each room - do not advertise that there is !

Very convenient for Central London from Earls Court tube station, just around the corner. Plenty of choice for places to eat on Earls Court Road, including a great pub with traditional food available. Good value, very pleasant staff and clean. The rooms are only just big enough though, Don't take much luggage as there is nowhere to put it! With... More

You're sleeping in an old English city house, which is converted into kind of B&B. The receptionist was friendly + fast. There was no lift, which is ok for 1st and 2nd floor, I was on 3rd and this is ok without big luggage and if you're fit. If not request a room on 1st or 2nd. The room was... More
