Nice clean hotel it is close to Paddington tube station. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean with a decent television and internet access. The bathroom was small but clean The price for the rooms was reasonable.

The hotel is just between Paddington and Lancaster gate underground stations. Graet location. Great breakfast with fruits ans selection of breads. Clean rooms and helpful staff. You can reach Kensington gardens walking. Bathroom very tiny but clean. Oddly enough the hair drier was inside the drawer...but it worked perfectly.

The great staff on reception, and in the kitchen / breakfast room were the only saving grace during my recent stay. The room I stayed in was unlike any image I could find on the website and was very dirty. Bathroom was filthy. A carpet of hair and dust lined the sink area. The sink was too small to shave... More

Came for 2 nights at this place. The guy in the reception. Rana was very welcoming and helpful for the rest of my stay(first time in London) The room was pretty small, but that was no problem for me, just me, kind of expected that. Wifi there, awesome. Great location, easy access to the subway. The breakfast was fine, except... More

This hotel, in my mind, was good value for money. Room was clean, shower ensuite was small but adequate and shower worked well, towels and bed linen really lovely. All mod cons, I guess, squeezed into as small a space as possible but very adequate. We had a family suite, 2 TVs one in the sitting area, the other in... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is very well placed, and the reception and room were nicely decorated. However our particular room was far too small. The bathroom was decorated nicely but the shower was poor and the hand sink was in the corner and the size of a shoebox, which made it difficult when trying to brush your... More

Avoid this "hotel" at all cost. Location is good but that's all this place can offer. The whole hotel reaks of mold and and never have my eyes been so swollen and irritated than after the first night here. Single glazing makes sure the street noise will keep you awake, lack of air conditioning makes sure the mold keeps growing,... More

I stayed at the Brunel Hotel for 6 nights last week - the first 3 nights by myself, and the last night with my husband and 6 yo daugther. It was great. I've stayed in hotels in London before, and for the price we spend here (500 Pounds for 6 nights in a triple room), I was impressed. The wifi... More

My wife and I spent 2 nights here with 3 of our adult kids, ages 21-26. The rooms were microscopic with almost no floor space between twin beds. We were there end of June/early July and the fan in the window did not cut it. Very warm, generally uncomfortable. I went out early one morning to rustle up some coffee... More
