people working there were friendly and helpfull. The bathroom was old and to small, it looked like an extended toilet. Nothing to put on your toothbrush and toothpaste etc.

The Brunel is actually on Craven Road, Bayswater, not in Gloucester Terrace as it states on its adverts. The rooms are extremely cramped, and the lift only takes two people, or one person and luggage. Worst of the hotels I used in London by far.

This was a package hotel break I booked with my mother and daughter. The location was great on reliable bus routes and walking distance to restaurants. Friends had stayed here and they recommended the location. But when we arrived the room was grubby and the staff curt. Strange how this hotel is always offering deals???? because it has to. For the money I would rather have paid another £30 for a comfortable clean night's sleep.

Small but clean. Hairdryer didn't work couldn't get a new one. Wake up calls missed! Elevator not to the 4th floor.breakfast area and staff was great. location was great near tube and good restaurants.
