Disappointing stay at the Reem Hotel, picture on the web site is deceptive, looks great outside once inside not so great, the room was clean but small, was difficult to get to my room carrying luggage, wouldn't go back.

The cleanliness and the staff were unbeatable, but the room facilities were very poor and cramped. Not very convenient for more than two nights stay.
Freeze was not working even the light was on. Spoiled all our edibles.Smelled. TV never got clearer picture. Requested to repair or replace the freeze twice but was like talking to the wall.
