If you can get this hotel for £50-£60 it's just about worth it. If it's more than that keep looking as there are many hotels in London around that price, even established named hotels with great reputations. The good points - it's close to Queensway tube station about 5 mins walk and the area has lots of places to eat.... More

The room had bed bugs and when i informed the hotel manager ( Ms. Angelika Meltzer ) she told me that this is not a hotel problem because bed bugs are brought into the hotel rooms by other travellers. The rooms are tiny , the breakfast is bad and the stuff were most of the times unfriendly. The worst thing ever was... You got what you are paying for. The hotel is cheap, and it is central, so you cant expect that its a nice fivestar hotel. The breakfast was poor, there was a staff member who gave you the eggs and so on, so you couldn't take more than you was allowed to. But there was one thing that I did... More

I'd read a number of negative reviews about noise before I went on my 4 night stay, and I must admit I was rather apprehensive, but I need not have been. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel. The rom was clean (obviously freshly done out) with all the facilities. Bonus was having a fridge in the room. Bathroom... More
