Went there with my girlfriend on a get away to London. The rooms are very small and missing a lot of things. The bed was small, the toilet didn't flush, the walls were thin so you could hear everything. Also the breakfast was terrible and the halls dirty. It's like a hostel but with hotel rates. DON'T GO THERE!

As you walk in the hotel looks clean and inviting with a tidy bar and reception. If or when you book ensure you ask NOT to be put in the basement as the room they gave us had no windows, no extraction, no space, no tv signal, no phone signal and the water does not drain away. we asked even... More

Just returned from a short break in London staying at the Central Park Hotel. We booked the hotel as part of a rail “Super Break” deal so we weren’t really expecting much. Reading some of the reviews on Tripadvisor further compounded our fears and I can’t say we were particularly looking forward to our stay. Well, what can I say,... More

We had booked double room in this hotel. I am writing this in regards to the hotel's helplessly frustrating reception staff who checked in with me and another two members of my family on August 12, 2014 at around 4 pm. Then we found out that we had to stay on floor below ground floor with no elevator and immediate... More

Our travel agent booked this hotel for us, we had not idea what to expect. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the main shopping strip Oxford street and only 30 seconds away from Hyde park. The rooms are quite small but we didn't mind as we were not there... More

Karl H Where to start for$350 per night it was the worst hotel room we ever stayed in. it was very hot in the room with no air conditioning and no fan and we came from Australia. the bathroom was even worse if you could get the shower working , but to top it all off we are both none... More

The room was small with very poor ventilation. A fan was provided but just moved hot air. View was of a filthy alley. The hallways were dirty and smelled of overflowed toilets. The service desk was unfriendly. The men who were identified as general managers were rude and defensive. The good news is we saw more of London than we... More

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. Our room was about the same size as a ships cabin. We booked a twin room but one of the beds was a fold out couch. There was no air con so it was pretty stuffy in the room. The bathroom was so small I couldn't stay in there for more than a... More

Like others we chose this hotel for the location. The ac from level 1 up wasn't working. We were generously provided an old desk fan but the windows open about an inch so I ended up sleeping every night with pharmaceutical help and with a wet towel draped on me. The toilet didn't flush when we arrived and we couldn't... More

We stayed in this hotel from 27-29 July 2014. Our travel agent chose this hotel for its location (Bayswater, near Hyde Park, easy access to the tubes and buses), however, did not realise the rooms have no air-condition except for rooms in the basement and ground floor. Apparently the rooms with air-conditioning have no windows (it would have been better... More
