Very convenience cause near to the Underground. Also walking distance to the park and other attractive places. For Malaysian this hotel is highly recommendable since it is just a few block away from the MSD (you can have your local food there). However, please be extra carefull with your precious item (ie handbag) while having your breakfast in the hotel... More

First of all sorry for my bad English, I will try to make things clear and understandable. Good things: 1) Location - 2 mins walk to Queensway train station (Central line - very very close to center of the city) 2) Toilet has a bathtub and hot water as many as you like. Bad things: 1) Staff members extremely unprofessional,... More

Had trouble finding a hotel in London on the dates we wanted as it was the London Marathon weekend, we only paid £217.00 for two nights B&B, our room had just been totally refurbished, the bathroom had a nice big shower and the only thing at fault was no tumbler for drinking or tooth cleaning and they hadn't put the... It's no wonder this place is so full.for £135 inc breakfast double room close to all amenities,it's a great find.the breakfast room is huge but as everything any one could want no matter what nationality. The rooms are basic and mine was quite warm but once the air conditioner got going it was fine. Basic but good value I try... More

Most people who know will know that I do not generally complain about anything but this hotel is definitely a mixed bag and sadly its more bad than good. First the good points The reception and bar area of the hotel is really modern and clean, clearly money has been spent on this instead of the rest of it, WIFI... More

Very clean room, very good mattress, clean sheets, hot water, spacious room, excellent location near bus station and tube (about 2' walk), some guys from the reception desk were not so helpful, poor wifi, few adaptors for electricity.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The room was located on the ground floor (one floor below the reception level) and it had no window at all. Fortunately, that was not a big issue for me because I didn't spend much time in the room. The bed was ok. In the shower cubicle, there wasn't any kind of... More

Ok, here we go.... Upon check-in for 2 rooms (2 couples), I was requested to show only my passport.....none of the rest of my guests to my hometown of London had to provide any details. Isn't it regulation that all hotels need to know who is staying at any given moment? Location: Can't fault this...... 5 Minutes walk to Queensways(Central... More

My wife and I booked a twin room. We got number 115. It was so cramped that one of us had to go into the shower room in order to allow the other to move along the tiny room. We have never, ever stayed in such a small room anywhere in the World. The hand basin, in the shower room,... More

I had to double check that I was writing about the same hotel as some of the other reviews! We only spent one night here but found it very good. The room was of an acceptable size - unless you want to chase your partner around the bed. It was clean and easily accommodated the queen size bed, cupboard, TV... More
