Pleasant stay at the Central Park hotel, and it suited our needs for a one night stay. The purpose of our visit was to go to Winter Wonderland and Christmas shopping. An ideal hotel for this as the event is within walking distance. We used the Queensway tube station and this was well situated and along the central line so... More

Just stayed three nights at the Central Park Hotel and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. The staff were friendly, The room on the 6th floor was modern and spotlessly clean with a very good bathroom. The room was quiet and everything worked. The breakfast room can be a bit crowded and chaotic but the food was fine. The... More

Check in was good and efficient with very pleasant Romanian receptionist. Room was a pleasant surprise having read some of the bad reviews. On 7th floor which had been clearly refurbished. Overall a very nice clen room with new shower room. That was all let down by the awful and i mean really terrible breakfast service. Hot food was almost... More

The Central Park hotel is central in London and close to Hyde Park. It is 5 minutes from Queensway and Bayswater tube stations and this proximity makes London shops, theatres and other attractions accessible. The rooms were fine and a little larger than the norm in central London at this price point. However a little maintenance would have gone some... More

The staffs were not friendly at all. The receptionists did not give nice impression to customers, rather rude especially if you come to check in at night. The building was VERY old and not well maintained. The cleanliness was very POOR. They do not change your blanket and bed sheet. The breakfast was unpleasant. The worst part is they blocked... More

Only stayed for one night but we were pleasantly surprised with our room on floor 7. Very clean, beds comfy and bathroom modern. Very close to tube station, perfect for our theatre break. Breakfast was okay for us, a tad more fresh fruit was all that was needed. I would stay again.

Rooms are terrible. Very old hotel. Beds are not comfortable. Stuff is good. Needs renovation. It is at a very good location which is next to hyde park. There is no gym in the hotel. The room is not airy and very small. 100th

I know staying in London is expensive but for what we paid (€120 per night) we received quite little. Staff- on arrival the staff weren't overly welcoming. Room- the room itself looked nothing like the pictures on the website, the interior was quite old and to be honest could have done with some new curtains and a lick of paint.... More

Rooms are small, outdated, cramped and inconsistent. Lifts are old, service is horrible - for example, ring Reception for room service and have the respondent yell "Too busy!" and hang up... Inefficient checking in and really poor service. Early check-out necessitated us to have 'take-away' breakfast, which was a boiled egg and an orange juice in a brown paper bag.... More
