This hotel is just a place to sleep and that's it and not comfortably at that. Hotel staff was pleasant, but the rooms are small, we were told there was no A/C, and the breakfast was the barest minimum of continental breakfast. Mattress wasn't great and room felt muggy. The hotel was in a good area, super close to bus... More

This was not a bad place at all, especially for the price. What more could you want. A clean room, service with a smile (of course don't expect 5 star service). This is a three star boutique style hotel that delivers right up to standards. Clean and simple, yet modern. I came here with my wife not expecting much, but... More

Don't believe the hype when you check into the hotel. The lobby, bar area and resturant are modernized and clean. However, the floor we stayed in was nasty, the carpet was gross, the beds sank in the middle, the bathroom tub you had to step up into...you almost needed a ladder it was so high. It didn't go with the... More

Unfriendly and infested with red ants Small rooms, shabby bathrooms. Be prepared to share the room with red ants. Housekeeping does nothing to help with the situation. Rude staff. Noisy street, that is busy all through the night.

Very central location handy to all transport. Tip dont book a standard double as you may get a little box which we stayed in first night. Staff were very helpful and moved us for rest of the stay. Breakfast is a little ordinary but nice places close by. Trip into London on the 94 takes 10 minutes to Piccadilly.

Stayed at the hotel for a couple of days over the weekend as we had to be based around the Bayswater area. Hotel was really clean, and counter staff were polite. Really conveniently located, although finding the car park was a bit of a bother. Typical of London hotels in that the rooms are quite small, so it wasn't much... More

We stayed in this hotel over 4 nights in April 2014. My wife bought a pair of leather boots in the West End complete with the elegant box and the boots inside the box. The next day we discovered the room service maid had "thrown them out" with the rubbish when she was cleaning the room. It took me 4... More

The Wifi network not work during my stay. During all day construction noise and its impossible to chill out. Too expensive for what offers. Best options in the same street. The only good point: Underground station next the hotel.

This was my first ever trip to London and my brother in law booked the hotel for us. For nearly £800 for 2 rooms for 3 nights we expected a lot better...at the very least I would have expected breakfast included. First of all we turned up to scaffolding all over and building work going on from 9am. So no... More
