Please avoid this hotel, we had such a terrible time here we only stayed 1 night!! Small rooms, no service, unfriendly staff that weren't helpful at all! Can't buy continental breakfast separate to room booking, how ridiculous, even though they serve it in the breakfast buffet everyday! We unwittingly found out the hard way that if this is not booked... More

Hotel is currently being renovated on the outside. It is in a great location, lots of eat and do around the area. Room was clean but basic. Hotel staff are helpful but some of their english is limited so its hard at times when communicating.

My family and I stayed here mid-June. The only really good thing I can say about this place is that our transport from the airport to the hotel was on time. After a long flight from the states, we arrived at our hotel at around noon. We were told that check in time was 2::30 p.m. No exceptions. We were... More

Hi, I was too moved to a sister hotel that was absolute nightmare. I was told I was going to be moved due to some rooms not being available and that I was going to a nice place that would supply food etc. What a total lie. I was moved to small awful hotel, with no one on reception, no... More

Sheer disappoint - Hotel is exteremely poor in terms of quality standards, the lobby is faked up to present itself as though the rest of the hotel will offer something nice, yet it is the opposite. Rooms are cramped and prison like, to cool the room they have put a portable fan, no wifi in the rooms and the noise... More

I had the misfortune to stay here for a second time booked through a company. I complained last year but the mansagement take no notice of constructive criticism. The foyaer gives the impression of a possibly decent hotel but the staff at reception are rude and arrogant. There was no air-conditioning in the very cramped room and the fan running all... More

Had to misfortune to stay in this "hotel" last week. Room was too hot as there is no air con so I was very uncomfortable. Apart from this there is a dreadful noise coming from the electricity box which kept me awake all night. I had to ask for towels as wasnt given any. The staff are very rude and... More

We stayed for one night on a special reduced rate from an outside website. We arrived to a modern clean reception area and waited to be checked in, the staff didn't really look at who was waiting as people just jumped infront of us, the girl who checked us in was very pleasant. We were on the 1st floor and... More
