When you see the reception for the first time, you think you're in for a real treat. It looks very professional and polished. But I can't say the same for the rooms. The bathroom is quite nice. I ordered a room with a bath which I got, it just didn't work and the staff was not able to fix it... More

I stayed at this hotel on Wednesday 25 January 2012. I booked a double room through a price comparison site that gave me a very good rate. I discovered that my room was in the basement. The room had no windows and was located on a long corridor with limited lighting. The room was brand new, with all modern amenities... More

This hotel is 2 mins walk from Queensway tube, we paid just over £200 for 3 nights room only and were very happy with it. We really only used it as a base but the room was a good size, very clean and cleaned fully each day....perfect for a sightseeing trip to London. More

This place is by far the worst hotel may wife and I have ever stayed at. The staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. They will nickel and dime you for everything and anything they can. If you ever wanted to experience prison, this is your place.. So disgusted that this place is allowed to be in business. More

This is not a first class hotel but quite adequate and good value. Staying anywhere in London is expensive but this hotel is in a great area, close to everything you'd want and very reasonable. Clean, adequate rooms. Helpful enough staff. Information in the room could be more helpful - about laundry internet connection - nothing about this in my... More

The hotel located very close to Hyde Park & Queensway, where you can eat&shop. I got a very spacious room, about 30-36 metres. Great surprise! Everything is quite normal I would say. Just average hotel. The staff is sometimes friendly sometimes not. The breakfast is as you can expect. Good hotel for short break More

Like Ryan G, I have spent years (around 40!) staying in hotels all around Europe, Scandinavia and the USA Our children gave us a Theatre Break package for Christmas, part of which was a night at this hotel, and having read some less than complimentary reveiws here, I was dreading our stay there last night. I could not have been... More
