A good location just 10 minute walk from Paddington and 5mins to 2tube stations, and very friendly staff and very good for Spanish speakers as reception staff are fluent. After that it was all downhill. The room was a very odd shape. Shower not clean enough, cold difficult to turn on and without the cold you would burn. I tiny... More

If your looking for large bedrooms this isn't the hotel for you, but there again unless you pay from £300 p/n your not going to get large rooms in London. The hotel is comfortable, clean, enjoyed the pool and sauna, breakfast was included you get part of a full English but not the whole thing, but plenty on offer to... More

Booked a last minute stay in London, and stayed at this hotel. Check in team are very friendly and helpful. Wifi is available if required. We had a room at the back. Was very clean, had all the facilities you could need. Nice hot shower, tea and coffee making facilities. We booked directly with the hotel and our breakfast was... More

This hotel was in a good location with good amenities and very helpful staff but the room was not as comfortable as imagined with a bed on rollers which moved if I wanted to read in bed, resulting in the bed gradually edging forward over a matter of minutes and me having to sit on the edge of the bed... Many complain about the small rooms but I expected that. I was actually amused by how small they really are. I had to climb over my suitcase to get into the room. The room was fairly clean though the floors do squeak like others have said. It's an old building so expected. The shower pressure is low making showers a... More

The hotel location is good near the Hyde Park and near the Paddington Station, you can have a beautiful walk along side the Hyde Park to the Oxford Street, there's many stores and small restaurants near the hotel. Hotel entrance is nice and clean but not to the level of 4 stars, friendly staff, the rooms are clean with good... More

If you ask the receptionist to call you a cab or a taxi they don't, they call an expensive private hire company called Plaza Chauffeur Cars instead who charge a whole lot more than a cab or taxi. We travelled one mile from the hotel to the start of Oxford street in less than 10 minutes and it cost £17,... More

Stayed at this hotel for one night on a last minute booking ! Chose it because of location, which was good for me and for the price! Once again after shopping around on line, found this place cheaper than the local crap travelodge ! Overall a comfortable hotel, good breakfast, pleasant staff, have stayed in slightly better for the money,... More

I've been in this hotel 4 days recommended by Barceló Viatges. The experience in this hotel was not bad, but it can't be rated as a 4 star hotel. The staff at reception and during breaksfast services were excellent beyond all doubt. If you don't know English, it's the place to stay during your trip at London because Spanish is... More
