Sorry! I never thought I'd be this disappointed ever with a stay. There is a long list of errors to announce, but I'll rather say the two and only two positive side about this hotel: nice and upscale neighborhood, nice bar lady from Madrid that was helpful and did her best... The rest of this stay just not worth mentioning.... More

I stayed at this hotel in March 2014 for my daughters graduation. The room was tiny, one lift not working and awful breakfast in a dingy windowless basement. Caters for the continental market. The hot option was POWDERED scrambled egg!! I reviewed this hotel on Booking. Com and in fact contacted them direct at a later date as both my... More

No good for a romantic break. Rabbit hutch accommodation. Henry V111 would not have fitted in the bed. Wifi rubbish! Expect two star and then you won't be disappointed! How this hotel can say it's four star is beyond belief. The hotel is covered in scaffolding, which we didn't know about at the time of booking. Not a huge problem... More

I spent 4 nights in Henry VIII with a group of my colleagues. I was a bit pessimist about the hotel's condition after reading the reviews. But to be honest, it was acceptable considering that it is a London hotel. It is about 8 minutes walk from paddington station, easy to find if you come late at night. The rooms... More

Very good hotel with polite staff. Conveniently located near Hyde Park and other tourist spots. Clean, comfortable rooms. What particularly stands out is the wholesome breakfast which is served in the form of a buffet. Wide selection of food to choose from. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I have just spent two nights at this hotel which was booked for me by some relatives who wanted to enjoy Advent in London. Having read some of the reviews, I was dreading the stay and was expecting the worst. To my surprise, there was absolutely nothing I could complain about. On the contrary, my room (107) was spotless and... More

We had to pay about 100 € for depositum for the hotelroom, and they promised that they would send us that money back to our bank account when we left the hotel. 2 month later i've still not get any money back! I regret that we choosed this hotel and that we trusted it.....
