This hotel is very central, 5 minutes from Kensington Gardens. Close to London Underground stations Queensway & Bayswater. Stayed 4 nights in February in a single room. The room was on the second floor, it was quite small but very clean and comfortable. Good ensuite with shower, tea & coffee making facilities. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Staff... My husband and I stayed here for one night because he had an early appointment at the US Embassy. We were pleased with this hotel, it was a good location, about 5 minutes walk from Queensway Underground station, and right by numerous bus stops. I think we were in room 412, which was quiet but the view was of a... More

Rooms on 4th floor clean and tidy, small bathroom but served its purpose. Plenty of room in room, tea and coffee making facilities, plenty of power points and hairdryer... More

What a lovely hotel for the price. Friendly staff on arrival. Prompt booking in. The room was way above expectation. Very clean. With plenty of towels. Tea and coffee making facility in the room. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and fresh. Very convent location for Hyde park and transport connections to all attractions. Would definitely recommend it .

Stop over NYE with my girlfriend. Really very hotel, good locations, 5 minutes walk from two tube stations. Rooms where small but clean, few things broken, wasn't a loud hotel, breakfast was good, but no bacon. Everyone loves bacon. Staff were helpful. Overall spot on

Arrived at roughly 11:50pm and reception were more than helpful. Checked in straight away without hassle and headed to room. Room was closest room to reception and was right next to door which connected all floors to reception. If you are staying in the same room, please take ear plugs.. The door banged all night!! No easy close on it... More
