the best thing about this hotel is the location,5-10 mins from two tube stations, and a bus stop on the main road. across the road to kensington gardens, and walkable distance to paddington station and notting hill. comfy beds, bathrooms are tiny but clean. would stay here again.

The room was small with 2 single beds and a writing desk, and was air conditioned as was most of the rooms in the hotel. We were offered another room even smaller again in the basement level with wall air conditioner for an extra 30 pounds extra a night with nowhere to place your baggage unless you were the only... Although the location of this hotel is excellent. The sleep quality of the room was poor due to excessive heat. The window only opened a fraction, obviously for fear somebody might throw themselves out. If it was my intention to commit suicide, I would choose a smarter venue. The staff were unhelpful and one in particular verged on being rude.... More

Stayed for 2 night @ the weekend. Room were grand. Just very little space to get around the bottom of the bed to get to bathroom. Air conditioning n room.. Room and bathroom clean and tidy. Location wise it's brilliant. Central tube line 200 yards away and regular buses 100 yards. Breakfast was ok. Little to choose from, but served... More

My Dad and I stayed here for two nights last weekend, The Hotel was absolutely tiny and uncomfortably warm, the heat was unbearable we had to keep the window open at all times which meant a lot of noise pollution from the street. Luckily we were out all day long and spent very little time here, The floor was cracked... More

Surprisingly quiet considering proximity to Bayswater Road. Pleasant staff clean facility and reasonable sized room, though possibly a bit tight for three; room is set up as double and a single. FST tv, though a bit small and room would benefit from bedside lamp, as only light switch is at one end and bed at other. Also en-suite would benefit... More

The staff were nice, rooms were clean, very small though. But for the price you cannot expect more than this. Breakfast was really good with good selection of foods. Would recommend this hotel to others. The only down side was that the room on the 2nd floor was warm, but rooms in the first floor were fine.

First of all a Cockroach found in the room when i woke up in the morning. Even though they have a 5 star hygiene sticker just issued in June or July 2014!! The room was extremely hot, there was a window but did not stay open and even if so we was on the ground floor and anyone could climb... More

We agree with most other reviewers, good location to Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, tube station and bus routes. We were in a triple room with our 3 year old, so very cosy indeed. Decent decor, okay beds apart from they are on wheels, so make quite a noise with little movement & a bit worrying with a little one moving... More
