Stayed for 2 night @ the weekend. Room were grand. Just very little space to get around the bottom of the bed to get to bathroom. Air conditioning n room.. Room and bathroom clean and tidy. Location wise it's brilliant. Central tube line 200 yards away and regular buses 100 yards. Breakfast was ok. Little to choose from, but served... More

My Dad and I stayed here for two nights last weekend, The Hotel was absolutely tiny and uncomfortably warm, the heat was unbearable we had to keep the window open at all times which meant a lot of noise pollution from the street. Luckily we were out all day long and spent very little time here, The floor was cracked... More

Surprisingly quiet considering proximity to Bayswater Road. Pleasant staff clean facility and reasonable sized room, though possibly a bit tight for three; room is set up as double and a single. FST tv, though a bit small and room would benefit from bedside lamp, as only light switch is at one end and bed at other. Also en-suite would benefit... More

The staff were nice, rooms were clean, very small though. But for the price you cannot expect more than this. Breakfast was really good with good selection of foods. Would recommend this hotel to others. The only down side was that the room on the 2nd floor was warm, but rooms in the first floor were fine.

First of all a Cockroach found in the room when i woke up in the morning. Even though they have a 5 star hygiene sticker just issued in June or July 2014!! The room was extremely hot, there was a window but did not stay open and even if so we was on the ground floor and anyone could climb... More

We agree with most other reviewers, good location to Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, tube station and bus routes. We were in a triple room with our 3 year old, so very cosy indeed. Decent decor, okay beds apart from they are on wheels, so make quite a noise with little movement & a bit worrying with a little one moving... More

Just a short walk from either Bayswater of Queensway tube stations along terraces of nice looking historic homes interspersed with Hotels. The Hotel was welcoming and easy to check in, our room was quite small though for a double and at the back of the hotel - our view being a wall of metal plates about 3 feet away (over... More

A little too hot, a small room but did the room (just for sleeping)! Clean bathroom, helpful staff. Buffet breakfast gets very busy and no bacon!!!!!!! But croissants were good, nice selection of fruit, yoghurts. Luggage room was good, location was good. Quiet room. Worth it if just looking somewhere clean and convenient to crash. £10 for 24 hours of... More

In 2013 we spent 3 nights at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was big enough and the breakfast was nice and varied. The room itself was clean but pretty small though it would not have been a problem (and of course the more expensive rooms are bigger). The bed was comfortable. The only problem was... More
