Visit London once or twice a year , whilst traveling alone , this hotel suits me fine, clean Nice breakfast , well located. Not the end of the world but the elavator is so small , if it got stuck I'm sure 99% of people would freak out and have a severe attack of claustrophobia

Stayed here on the 20th-22nd July. Check in was advised to be after 3pm but arrived early and we could check in no problem. Staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was number 5 and on the same level as reception. Yes it was hot, what else do you expect when its near enough 30 degrees outside? Our room... More

I'll start with the pro's: - Good location - Silent area The con's: - Bed was awful to the level you won't be able to close your eyes. - Tiny room. 2 people can barely use the toilets and the shower at the same time. - No air conditioning. It got really hot this July in London and we sweated... More

I stayed in this hotel for two days. The location is goods because there is a train station and a subways station with walking distance, but the room is really small and narrow, you can compare the room size with those budget hotel room in Hong Kong, this one is even smaller. I have no space for my luggage. The... More

Myself and my husband stayed here this weekend as a last minute booking. We paid £87 for B&B for one night. The hotel was easy enough to find from Bayswater tube station and the reception area is very modern. The walls could do with a lick of paint and the carpet could be updated, but failing that, the rooms were... More

This only gets a 1 star because you can't give a 0. 1 Unfriendly staff that did not in any way have the servicemind towards the guests. 2. The sink in my room was broken and had pubic hair and shavings coming up from the sink, when you turned on the water, by far the most gross sink i have... More

Exactly what it says on the tin/title! Don't set your expectations too high! This is Central London and you get what you pay for ! The hotel is ideally located beside Hyde Park and you can avail of Bayswater and Queensway tube stations which are within close walking distance and provides easy access to the city centre. The staff were... More

Stayed in the basement which was very hot. There was no air condition. No internet. The comcept of breakfast buffet is fine but it needs to be we organized and the hygiene good. It was not. It isn't nice to have all the leftovers and used plates taken back to the kitchen right through the very narrow food area. And... More
