I booked a triple room which was a double and a single. It was on the top floor. Room was very warm, but did have a fan. Had a good nights sleep after spending the day in London. Found breakfast adequate for us. Yes, I would book this hotel again.

My friend and I had booked 3 nights and breakfast. The hotel is very close to Kensington Gardens and the Queensway underground station. Lots of restaurants close to the hotel, and also a bit of shopping. The stay was a mixed experience. We got a clean room, with a little window, a very fine bathroom and aircondition. We were very... I had booked online through a third party website and ended up with a room which had a blank wall for a view! It's an old hotel with small rooms. Something that is not surprising considering London standards. There are lots of restaurants and cafes about 5 mins away by walk. You are sure to come across restaurants serving cuisines... More

Stayed here in October for a few nights and found the location ideal, the hotel was basic, but clean and did the job at a reasonable price. It was close to an underground station about 5 minutes walk. The breakfast was basic but did the job and set us up for a day out in London. I would definitely recommend... More

The money we paid for the hotel was good. The location was great. Hotel room was very small. No air conditioning so the room was roasting. Just a little window to get some fresh air in. Walls of the room very thin could hear what the room next to us was saying at 3 in the morning. Breakfast was average.

We found the hotel very clean and overall very modern. The rooms had a well-finished, contemporary decor and were adequate in facilities including tea/coffee, hairdrier and a selection of basic toiletries (i.e. shampoo, bath/shower gels, shower cap and soap). When we initially arrived to our room, we were surprised to see that they were very compact - much smaller than... More

This hotel is situated nearby subway station Queensway, which is ideal for fast access to the centre of London. This hotel is very average, our room (4 persons) was situated in the basement, which was very hot and the airconditioning wasn't working, we only had 1 fan and that wasn't enough. The shower was small but ok, and clean. Since... More

"Location is King" must be the managements way of thinking. And the location is absolutely fine. Only 50 m from Hyde Park and 200 m from Queensway Underground. A quiet and perfect place for a short holiday in London. But location isn't all. Of course you will spend most of the hours walking around in London but you do need... More

Never have been to a more horrible hotel than this one. They have like 9 good rooms and use these for the pictures. The other 40 or something are in a terrible condition. If you like your back don't sleep here. The mattresses are worn out. We received directly after a complaint one of the good rooms so, complain if... More
