Stayed two nights May 7 and 8 after getting off a 16 day cruise on Celebrity. Ancient old hotel, tiny closet sized rooms, cardboard like double mattress. Hole in the floor at the foot of the bed covered by old dirty carpet. No air conditioning, open window let in the street party noise that went on until 4:30 a.m.. Dirty... More

CRAP the staff are rude and not helpful also cant understand basic English. The room was very small and the sink is in the way of the toilet. They serve a full english but with no bacon. The hotel also has very basic facilities it has no bar no microwave or mini fridge in the room over all it is... More

When we arrived at the hotel we were a little nervous as the exterior of the hotel was a bit run down but when we got to our room (double room) we were relieved! The room was very clean apart from a few marks on the wall, the bathroom was very clean and nice. The room has a tv with... More

Lovely hotel and only a few minutes walk through the park too see Kensington Palace. Lovely location and close to the city links of the Underground. Only down side was not much night life. Great for a weekend away with the girls, just somewhere too shower and put your head.

Yes, that indeed is what happened with us during our stay. In the middle of the night the room next to ours had a major water leakage through the ceiling and in minutes the ceiling came crashing down forcing the resident guest to vacate immediately. The adjacent room also experienced leakage through the ceiling and mind you these rooms were... More

I stayed one night at this hotel and didn't like the experience. My initial booking was with Bayswater hotel, but upon check in they transferred me to Queens Park as they had a water leak in most of the rooms there. It was good that they paid a taxi for the transfer, and the front desk at Queens park hotel... More

The hotel's location was the first amazing thing. In the centre of London and only 5 minutes from the Hyde Park. For tube users...well even better! Central line only 5 minutes walk from the hotel (Maybe less :) ) ! The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The corridors could use some refurbishment. The breakfast had great... More

Very small room but we booked the hotel because of the location. Clean. Toiletries and kettle are provided in the room. My family and I love the buffet breakfast. Simple but tasteful. Scramble eggs, pastries and breads, yogurts (muller my fav), cereals, cheese, juices, coffee, flavored teas. Staffs are friendly but again the room and toilet even the lifts are... More

Hotel was within walking distance from Paddington station. Very easy to get there if you are coming from Heathrow. Room was quite bad but then again who does spend time at the hotel anyway. Pros - good location, Queensway and Bayswater underground stations close by - free breakfast (nothing fancy) - toilet and shower surprisingly good Cons - terrible beds!... More

Nice and friendly hotel in the heart of London, near Hyde Park. Also very easy to reach by subway or bus. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, however the style is a little bit outdated with thin walls so you can hear almost everything in the next room. Nevertheless it's not to expensive and worth the price.
