I booked this hotel via despegar.com, and I must say I'm thoroughly disappointed. Small room (like a shoe box) it should have been en suite, but my bathroom was outside my bedroom. Too much money for such a hotel. 3 stars???? I don't know what criteria they follow to give this hotel 3 stars. I wouldn't stay here again. More

This hotel is better than average for a budget hotel in London. I wouldn't recommend it to people wanting a 5-star experience. But we had a full-sized bath tub in our room, with comfortable beds, and good ventilation. The room was also larger than I was expecting, we didn't have much of a problem with our small child wanting to... More

Very disappointing with cramped, shabby accommodation, unfriendly staff; noisy neighbours and breakfasts so crowded and unappetising that they were hardly worth bothering with. The carpet of our twin bedded room was very stained and old, the hand basin was cracked and the television set probably bought in the 1960s. There was no double glazing. There was no insulation so every... More

We were only looking for somewhere basic and value for money for two nights, travelling as a family. However nothing prepared us for this horrible disgustingly dirty so called hotel. On arrival the reception area looks clean and welcoming, such a disappointment when we reached our room, badly planned very dirty a single glazed window that rattled, net curtains closer to... More

Have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. Hotel then was great value a little run down but more than adequate for my needs after a late night in the west end namely a comfortable bed and hot water. Now the hotel has had a kind of makeover. Walls and doors have been painted and some of the... More

This trip was a last minute thing and we were trying to make London as economical as possible which is why we chose this hotel. The rugs were in need of of cleaning, the bathroom in our room had recently been redone. The beds were not that comfortable but they were bearable. The staff were friendly and nice. It included... My sister, mum and i stayed here for two nights over the weekend ( 10-11-2011) and iwe had a room for three, which clearly was meant for two people, the three single beds were pushed together with no walking room between them... in the morning woke up to a horrible smell of gas/toxins coming from the bathroom. We opened the... More

The only decent thing about this hotel was the included breakfast. The room I stayed in had a separate bathroom, the room was very small and you could hear everything. The bathroom needed some work done to it. For what it was, it was very expensive. More

I booked a night here in a rush and didnt check reviews (stupid I know) until I'd booked the room. Horrified at what I saw tried to cancel. Went throughout with the stay which wasn't anywhere near as bad as expected. If you're looking for a large plush room with a comfy bed you're out of luck. If you need... More
