It was the best hotel on the street, wasnt sure after reading other reviews but its an old house converted to a hotel, not the Hilton, what do you expect for 3 star! Breakfast was disappointing, in the cramped downstairs restaurant. The room was small but adequate for our needs with everything you would expect. Othes were noisy but we... More

I've always thought the best thing about London is the road out..no matter what the nature of my visit, the prospect of going home is a driving factor in getting through it. Not for me, the seething mass of toxic greed and vacuous materialism..I prefer to define the UK by everything but London (can we not get it to declare... More

I agree with travellers that this hotel is hard to find - also it's annoying that wifi isn't free and is quite expensive in comparison to other hotels I've stayed at. Room was small, but bathroom was nice and modern. Lift was very old and clunky and took a while to get from the top floor to the ground floor.... More

First off, I have to agree with other reviewers who've complained about this hotel being difficult to find...it's a nightmare, and one that isn't helped by the fact that a building number isn't included in the address on the booking information. Prince's Square is about 10 minutes walk from Bayswater/Queensway station, tucked away down a series of side streets. In... More

My sister and I stayed 4 nights at Pembridge Palace Hotel. The twin room was very small even by London standards. The beds were against the walls to each side and there was approx.18 inches space between the beds. There were 4 hangers in the wardrobe, barely enough for one guest, never mind two. However it was clean, the beds... More

The hotel was clean, but very basic. Lots of school trips so it was very noisy in the evening and early mornings, my room was in the basement and close to the breakfast room so i was woken early with people talking etc. I don't think i would stay again, because it was noisy and was difficult to get a... The hotel was not bad, the best thing about this place is that it was close to the Bayswater Underground station which made it easier to travel around the city. Also they are many restaurants and shops within walking distance ranging from different cuisines. The hotel itself could be a little more spacious, but it was good enough. not a... More

Needed somewhere to stay and had 3 hours to find a hotel. The Pembridge Palace was a good price, had a room for 3 adults and was just round the road from where we were. Booked in on-line. The room smelled musty when we went in. Very small room, double bed and a single very close together. Beds were very... More

Small hotel in one of those gorgeous Georgian row houses near Hyde Park. Relatively clean, inviting, has an elevator and 24 hour front desk service. Frot desk was friendly and helped reserve a cab for early on our departure day. Our room overlooked the park; request this if possible, the view was gorgeous in spring and we fed pigeons on... More
