I stayed in this awful hotel. I needed somewhere last minute and didn't want to pay over the odds. I was horrified when we got to the room and even cried when I saw how grubby the place was. I slept with my own towel on the pillow as it was so uncomfortable. The beds looked like they had been... more

The only good thing about the hotel is its location, however it is very close to a drop in/homeless hostel. We are two girls who were very tired when we arrived, The guys at reception were creepy, the first room they showed us to had a large window which only one curtain actually fitted, It was no bigger than a... more

I stayed at this hotel for one or two nights after moving to London for a few months on a very short notice. After a couple of nights I switched elsewhere. This hotel is in pretty bad condition and badly in need of renovation. The room was cold and I could hear every noise coming from the near-by rooms. Breakfast... more

I stayed in this hotel for one night and that was too many!! Not only was the paint peeling off the walls and the curtains falling down but the walls next to the bed were grubby, the bathroom put me off and the floor boards creaked louder than a thousand trumpets when someone walked past our bedroom. Not only is... more

I booked a smoking room in this hotel with expedia. However, upon check-in, I was informed that the entire hotel was non-smoking, and that there would be a charge of 100GBP if the guests would smoke in the rooms. I am very disappointed with the misleading booking information, as I could have booked another hotel with a real smoking room.... more

I booked this hotel thinking it looked like a decent 3 star hotel in a posh area in London. BIG MISTAKE. The rooms are tiny, and smelly. They didn't change the sheets and towels from the people that stayed in the room before us, and the service was extremely slow and the people that own it just don't care. It... more
