Charged for 2nd night before we had even seen the room- which was probably quite smart on their part as we would not have stayed a second night! Tiny hotel room, dirty bed covers, lumpy pillows, REALLY poor mattress- holes on one side and totally sunk on the other! Huge sash windows that do not stay open- had to wedge... more

Excellent value for money, everything is beyond expectation. Just make sure you know the location well as Princess square is a bit confusing with old road meeting the new. There's a guy wandering in that area targeting "lost" travellers, offer walking you to the door then later asks for few pounds tips. more

We stayed at the Pembridge Palace some 5 years or so ago now and when we recently decided to visit London, we thought Bayswater would be a good place to base ourselves again. The Palace has deteriorated since we last stayed there. I recommended this hotel to my business colleagues in the past but would now hesitate to do so.... more

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in July. The pictures that are shown on the internet of how this hotel looks are very misleading. It was dirty, it smelt and the room was the size of a shoe box. It was so small we had to move the bed so we could open the wardrobe.... more

I stayed at this hotel at a good price. As it was my first time in the city, i asked some help for directions and tourist spots. The receptionist was quite helpful. They gave me a lot of brochures for places to see. It was terrific and fun experience. I actually extended my stay because of that. I can say... more

I found the man on reception to be friendly and polite, as was I, we had a brief chat and he upgraded me from a single to a double room for no extra charge. It certainly pays to be pleasant. The room was really quite small, but it was clean and tidy, as was the en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was fine,... more

I had a great time during my stay. The staffs were generally helpful and polite. Although the room is small, it was well maintained and cleaned eveyday. I love the garden. I find it relaxing. I would definitely recommend you staying there. more
