I have always struggled to find a cute and accessible hotel in London and I was pleasantly surprised when, by chance, I landed at the Royal Park Hotel. Despite being conveniently close to Paddington, the hotel is surrounded by green ( which I personally find relaxing , especially when travelling for work). The rooms are clean, the minibar is full... The Royal Park is in a nice area of London near Hyde Park and 3 blocks to the Piccadilly tube station. It's a beautifully decorated row if townhouses, very clean and the service is good. We were disapponted to arrive and find that we did not get a four-poster suite with a balcony, as we were told when we booked... More

London is an expensive city, but given that the Royal Park Hotel is an OK value by London standards. Pretty room and very friendly service. Problems with loud water hammer noises in our room and the surrounding rooms (which we could hear through the walls) if the cold water tap was partway on, which was annoying. Location is excellent, only... More

If you're looking for a small London hotel, convenient to transportation options yet in a quiet location, consider The Royal Park Hotel. I believe that there are only forty-eight rooms, but it seemed like we had the place to ourselves. The staff was as friendly and accommodating as we've ever encountered. The hotel si a very short walk to the... More

This is a great hotel in central London, close to Hyde Park and within easy reach of all of the main tourist attractions. The hotel is three town houses knocked together, it is clean, nicely decorated and our room was absoltely fine. There is a small outside garden area which is great for breakfast in the summer- my only complaint... More

I have stayed in this hotel on 5 occasions now. It continues to be a small friendly hotel with comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. Located near to Paddington rail station in a quiet gerorgian style terrace on the edge of Hyde Park near the Italian Garden . A short walk through the park brings you to Kensington gardens, the Albert... More

We needed a 1 night hotel in the city and I chose this due to its location to Paddington Station (Heathrow Express) and ended up deciding this would be our go to any time we returned to the city. Location, quiet and serene, Hyde Park a 3 minute walk (as is Paddinton Station) and its just a great overall location.... More

Quaint charm but modern comforts. Wonderful service. Very close to Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate underground station, but located on a sort of frontage street that keeps it a bit away from the speeding traffic. As another reviewer said, "Best mother/daughter week ever"--but we had even more than a week! I cannot say enough good things about the Royal Park... More

Whenever you book a hotel you are always apprehensive that it won't live up to expectations. Not so with this hotel. We stayed in the four poster room, granted the bed takes up most of the room but it is an impressive bed. The hotel is clean, the rooms are big enough and our room had a separate lounge /... More

The best mother, daughter week ever!! I cannot say enough about this lovey hotel. The staff was awesome. They went above and beyond. The location is fantastic! Perfectly places between two Tube stations. The price is great for what you get. I have stayed at less expensive hotels in the Paddington area and let me just say, you get what... More
