Royal Park hotel is located steps from Lancester Gate Underground station, from Bayswater St & Hydepark and 5 minutes walk from Paddington station. Excellent location, friendly & caring staff. Clean room and bathroom, the shower water pressure was amazing. I have no doubt I will stay in this hotel again.

Four of us enjoyed an excellent afternoon tea at the Royal Park Hotel .The Hotel was welcoming and friendly, the service attentive without being overbearing. The room was attractively decorated and had great ambience. Best of all the tea, including freshly baked scones and homemade cakes, was delicious.

Lovely boutique independent hotel right next to the Paddington sation, literally 5 minutes away, yet it is on a quiet street. Definitively would stay there again - enjoyed the service, room, and the vibe.

The Royal Park is a lovely small hotel just around the corner from Paddington Station. The room are all slightly different but are all tastefully furnished in an old English style and well equipped. Staff are excellent. Perhaps the best thing though are the Vi-spring beds, it is rare to find a hotel that understand that the point of a... More

I only stayed one night in this lovely hotel, but will be back. The staff was incredible! I contacted the general manager prior to my arrival and found him to be gracious, helpful, friendly, and hospitable. I arrived to London on a very early flight and was thrilled that the hotel had a room ready for me much earlier than... More

I try to stay here every time I go to London. I stayed three nights the week of Feb 24th. It's quiet, rooms are nice and clean! Close to everything and public transportation. Please keep it up and I'll keep coming! My only complaint is that on my previous visit I finished the Grand Marnier at the bar and they... More

compared to many other hotels I have been in London this is one of the best, clearly a better choice than the big hotels who offer very disapointing rooms. Staff is efficient and engaged, they make you feel at home. Strongly recommended.

I stayed here with my friend on a Saturday night. What a lovely little spot. Only 5 mins walk from Paddington but in a much nicer area than Paddington itself and only a few minutes walk from Bayswater Road and the entrance to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Hop on a bus for 5 mins to Notting Hill. The staff... More

I loved the charming and intimate feel in the hotel. Lovely lobby. The staff was extremely friendly. The décor was very elegant and Victorian style with antique furniture. The bed was wonderful and comfortable. The shower pressure wasn't good but that is to be expected in the UK. The breakfast (continental) was enjoyable in the charming breakfast room. Great location.
