I stayed at The Royal Park Hotel last April and I have to say that I really enjoyed my stay. Indeed you will discover a small boutique hotel with a lot of charm and caracter. I stayed in an executive king room, the room was large, clean and quiet, it was exactly what I was expected. And then most important... More

This hotel is alright, decor is a bit old - probably more suited to my gran than i was prepared for but did the business, staff were fine and friendly. Room was clean and well presented. Door gets locked at night and you need to ring the bell, not a big deal, just not used to it.

Boutique hotel yes. Friendly staff yes. Rooms pleasant yes...but the room is too warm and apparently we can't control the heat ourselves. And there are 2 elevators but only one is in service. That means having to stand around and wait for the elevator while the staff makes up rooms in the morning. At these prices it is annoying. The... More

I love this little place. It's like staying in a Jane Austen novel. The furnishings are very english and 19th century, with the antiques being selected by the chap who hosts The Antiques Road Show. I had a fantastic sleep, and after many years of having arthritic muscles what a treat it is to wake up feeling relaxed and refreshed.... More

Located just a 4 minute walk from Paddington (Railway) Station, Paddington Underground and Lancaster Gate Underground stops, this hotel served us perfectly. We used the "Tube" daily, so it was great to have two different train lines just steps away. Additionally, we took the train from Paddington to Bath on one day, and to Windsor on another so being so... More

Fairly typical converted hotel in this part of West London, but ideally situated for a short break in the city. The hotel is only a short walk from Paddington mainline and tube stations, the tube at Lancaster Gate and all the buses you are likely to need. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are also just down the road. You can... More

This hotel is in a very convenient location within minutes walk of both Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate underground station, so you are only a few minutes from anywhere in the city and even better only a 3 minute walk from Hyde Park and the Serpentine. This is such a great location, and on top of that clean, classic and... More

....because you can hear the tube rumbling every few seconds. I spoke to reception and after a short debate they moved my room upstairs and that was very nice. If I hadn't had room moved I doubt my night would have been very restful. I read about complimentary water being left in rooms, I didn't get any. Bar/mini bar prices... More

The Royal Park Hotel is the perfect hotel for a city escape to London! The staff is kind and attentive, the rooms are made up with great attention to detail and are beautifully decorated! The bed is super comfy and the bathroom amenities are perfect! The rooms can sometimes be a little cool, though. The hotel is located on a... More

2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 11, 2015

On presenting myself at reception I was immediately escorted to the Tea room, a traditional, pleasant room with a capacity of a little under twenty. The room was empty on arrival (and remained so throughout my meal) and I was invited to take one of the two reserved tables. The "waiter" (more on this later) asked if I'd like a... More
