Stayed in a 'superior' guestroom with Marriott Rewards points over the Easter bank holiday. The room was huge (by any standards, and even more so by urban city hotel standards) and beautifully furnished. A large king modern-canopy-style bed and a pull-out sofabed was perfect for our family of four, and the marble bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The hotel and... More

stayed with my mom again July 2013 and it was just as good as before; it is a smaller boutique like feel as compared to other Marriott and that is why we picked it up the first time around. not much of a lobby but who is in London to sit in a lobby? the room we had was lovely,... More

We spent five days at this hotel and it was wonderful. We had a large, bright room overlooking a lovely courtyard. The room was completely updated with a beautiful tile and granite bath. The staff was courteous and professional as well as helpful. We were able to walk to Buckingham Palace for sightseeing and changing of the guard. The hotel... More

Stayed here this past week for a conference. The room was small for the 250 pound per night price which was a discounted price for the conference. Internet is 15 pounds per day or 5 pounds for an hour. The room is clean but only a closet big enough for a day or two's clothing. There are no dressers but... More

This hotel has a great central London location and I have stayed here several times. And while there are other Marriott hotels in the downtown area what brings me back to this particular hotel is the staff. The entire staff, reception, lounge, housekeeping, are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. They are always ready to attend to whatever needs their guests... More

This hotel is the only one we will stay at in London. The service is unbelievable, so warm, friendly, attentive and professional. There is nothing the staff won't do to accommodate their guests and make their experience special. We have stayed several times and it always feels like going home. The rooms are very comfortable and lovely, the location excellent!... More

I attended an event at the Marriott Grosnover Square at the end of April and though it was a lovely hotel for the event at 1am when I approached reception to see if they would call me a cab the receptionist said this was not possible and I would have to flag one from Oxford Street nearby. As a lone... More

This is a great hotel by Grosvenor Square. Extremely serviceminded staff, excellent lounge facilities and nice rooms. I have stayed here several times both for business and pleasure and has never been disappointed with the hotel as such. however, one thing that can be a bit disturbing is the fact that the hotel seems to be very popular for different... Far better indeed than most Marriott's - which do tend to lack character. This hotel is nicely situated just off Grosvenor Square, two minutes walk to Oxford St and across the road from an excellent pub (The Barley Mow). A fine cockney concierge (Harry) adds character to reception and the decor overall is fine. We had a garden terrace room,... More

I stayed here for one night and got a fairly good last minute deal. The hotel is ideally located and a super easy walk from Bond Street Station. The rooms are a bit bigger than many in London, although they have managed that by making the bathroom a bit small. The service is fantastic and Andy, the concierge, is particularly... More
