I was treated to what was supposed to be a romantic valentine weekend and sadly we were very disappointed with this hotel. It states it is 4 star.... no way! Super location, nice quiet area close to Park Lane, Kensington, Hyde Park,. Lovely front of house, pretty, cosy little restaurant, staff very friendly, nice and helpful.
