Stayed here for a week in early July. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment and thought the room furnishing was not bad, especially after what we were expecting having seen some of the pictures from earlier reviews. Rooms seemed to have been refurbished recently and had none of the issues highlighted in earlier reviews. That said, do agree the building... More

We stayed in an Executive 1bed apartment for 11 days in June , having chosen a serviced apartment because of the length of stay . While the apartments are functional , they are in urgent need of renovation and are inferior to other Ascott properties. Our apartment was on the ground floor which are very visible and lack privacy. The... More

Nice place booked 2 bed apartment for 6 people to be given 2 apartments that linked so a bit weird. Having said that there was plenty of room and it was nice. They didn't give us enough towels though and also didn't give us access to the connecting door so if it shut we would have been locked out. After... More

Disgusting Concierge. I could call him racist. Or just not interested in his job. Sullen faced porter, who must have been doing some fancy job somewhere and has got kicked down to a job of a porter. Unhelpful and rude. Almost abrasive. Beaten up rooms. windows open only an inch so if you are feeling hot - well go feel... More

Stayed here a few nights while on a business trip to London. It was my first time to stay in a serviced-apartment, as I normally book a centrally-located hotel when traveling for business. I did not have plans on cooking so the kitchen facility was never utilized. Ordered take away food each time. The gentleman at front desk did not... More

Perfectly functional accommodation in a good location. Reasonable size. Not great price wise. Service depends on who's on duty- really friendly guy at night or an easily confused lady by day ( not unpleasant but frowns at every request!)

Stayed here for Marathon weekend. All the family rooms in the decent hotels were well over £400 and managed to get this much cheaper (although watch the VAT which they charge for separately - cheeky blighters). This is perfect, the room was massive, two huge bedrooms and a separate living area and kitchenette. This has a real home from home... More

This was my first visit to London and I was looking for a place that can cater a family of five (three children below ten years) with enough space. Searching for a good hotel, all noted that I will be needing to take two connected rooms. Therefore, I started searching for a hotel apartment. I came across this hotel in... More

In the past I have stayed at The Ascott on business (a number of times), but this time I stayed with my wife and two small children (5 & 1 years old). We were joined by my mother-in-law. We took a 1BR apartment which proved more than adequate for the five of us. The staff at The Ascott are ever... More
