This is the second time me and my wife stayed at this hotel, we were very pleased with our room and all staff were very helpful. I found the new feature that I can choose my own room before arrival a great feature. Location is brilliant and really central

Wife and I stayed here for three nights this May. What a great location! We took the tube from Heathrow to the Green Park station (about 45 minutes) followed by a 3 minute walk to the hotel. This was our first time visiting London so keeping it simple was ideal. We walked pretty much everywhere from this centralized location as... More

Stayed one night to avoid having to rush home after an event. Hotel location is great; the lobby and public seating areas were unexpectedly light - from the outside the place looked like it would be really dark. Quick check in; courteous and helpful reception desk. We had a ground floor room which didn't really have a view (other than... More

Typical central London hotel - not the worst, not the best. Good location for exploring the Mayfair village . Eat out and avoid the room service - better options in the immediate vicinity - in fact the pubs are great -

Stayed here for two nights. Very good room with all the necessary bits and bobs. Bathroom was clean, shower good and plenty of towels. Bathroom fan was good not noisy as in other hotels. Meals were great and the service was efficient, friendly and well turned out. I would stay here again at anytime.

Stayed one night on business. Hotel just off picadilly close to green park and Mayfair. Deluxe king size room was clean and airy but decorations were bland and looked cheap. Reception and breakfast room were beautifully decorated but corridors were quite tatty and poorly finished like the room. View from window was a back yard full of building rubbish. Two... More

After a couple of years I tried again this property - this time in a suite (as the regular rooms are very tiny indeed). Consequently my expectations were a little bit higher than usual. Upon arriving I had to have the technical staff fixing the lights followed by housekeeping fixing the mess created by the technical staff followed (next day)... More

Stayed up in London so as could attend a friend's 60th birthday party. Hotel was great !!! All the staff were helpful and the breakfast was very nice. We had a lovely room on the top floor which was very quiet.

I stayed here 7/5/15 quick check in friendly staff with a welcoming smile. The room was nicely set out. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, all in all a good hotel in a great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a central London location.

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
