As a Diamond Rewards Card member we stayed here after redeeming some points. However, even though it was free, neither of us felt like we would want to stay here again. Apart from the lady that checked us in, the staff weren't the friendliest I've ever met. And the room was tiny, the hairdryer only worked intermittently and the supplied... More

I chose this hotel for it's location as I was running an event nearby. I really think they should make it very clear when booking how small the room is - the term 'couldn't swing a cat' comes to mind and it felt a bit like a prison cell as the windows were high up. In saying this though the... More

I've stayed here for work the past two summers....and noticed a dip in the service this year. Yes the rooms aren't big, especially some of the bathrooms but it's plus is the location. Whilst the front of house staff were pleasant the breakfast staff weren't. They looked as if they couldn't be bothered and you had to ask if you... More

There's some really good things about this hotel: 1. The location in Pimlico. It you want access to a range of local shops and restaurants and some sense of a local community, you'll like the location. And you're only a 15 min walk from Central Westminster. 2. The hotel had free wifi in the rooms, the shower was powerful and... More

Good hotel ,central , my one complaint though is the bedside lamps that have 50watt bulbs in them and get extremely hot so much that if you move them with your hand a trip to hospital could be a major possibility , l myself leant down to pick something up and my head touched the lamp for a split second... The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from Victoria station and about 25 minutes to Westminster Abbey and Parliament. The hotel and room are comfortable and clean. My room was very small, but it was a single. Free WiFi, cable TV, coffee maker. I got a reasonable price for London, but did have some problems with my reservation.... More

Single is small and can hear people and traffic outside. Bathroom compact sink in corner very small. Room clean, big TV. Continental breakfast. Ok for 3 nights, no downstairs lounge. Small room encouraged me to out in the evening. Good pub nearby with reasonable standard and priced food - see constitution.

It was sleeping in a jail cell. It was by far the smallest room I have ever seen. I will not stay here every again. They should explain how small this room is. I could barely get around. The bathroom was just as small.

Breakfast worse than last time. Shower was very dirty. Room, especially the floor was not cleaned sufficiently and carpet was very tidy. At check in the recepionist did not find the reservation... At check out they charged breakfast extra although I changed the rate shortly after I booked the stay. Could not argue about that cause I did not print... More

I had a work trip in London and a room was booked for me. The hotel is at a reasonably safe and pleasant area (Pimlico), not far from Victoria. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. However the walls and doors seem a bit flimsy. Whenever a door of any room closes I could hear that, and that stayed the... More
