We choose this hotel based on location and budget. Previous reviews lead us to believe it was a decent place but now are thinking that bad reviews have been deleted. We even talked with other guests who were very unhappy as well. Where to start.... The staff is very unfriendly and not helpful. The couple we were traveling with actually... More

As described this is a budget hotel. The rooms are compact but kept clean and tidy with a daily service. The staff were friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is basic, the dining room gets very busy so it tended to be a quick grab something then head out for the day. You can get disturbed by the coming... More

Due to exchange rate differences this was a cheaper hotel option but not too cheap once currency is exchanged. I booked the Hotel on Hotels.com as it was close to Victoria Coach Station for my tour the next morning and and was suppose to pay in local currency at the Hotel. The Hotel debited my credit card 4 days before... More

My large family booked into this hotel as a result of its city centre location and price. We were a large group of adults and children sightseeing in London for a long weekend. When we arrived at hotel which was prebooked there were no rooms available so we were sent to a pitiful partner hotel across the road. This hotel... More

First of all, staff on front desk extremely helpful and polite. The area was clean. Room was 201. Clean and dust free. Bed linens clean and ironed. The only gripe I would have is the shower stall, the cleaning staff need to bleach the heck out of that to get rid of grime and mould. I slept like a baby.... More

Me and my hubby took our 6 ur old daughter for her bday weekend to london after a day sightseeing we returned to our room and I put our daughter in the shower cubicle after a 10 minute attempt to get any kind of water tempreture. After having a wash I went to get her out the shower only to... More

Situated just a very short walk away from Victoria Station this hotel is perfectly situated for sightseeing around London. There is an array of cultures serving you at the hotel but all seemed to understand our requests and when the hair-dryer was not working they quickly came to sort the problem out. We were in a quad room on the... More

The stairs are really narrow and covered with strange soft carpet, which makes it easy to fall on the stairs. I was on the 4th floor. No elevator. The room had a window, but it was mostly covered by a wall, so I could just see a litte bit of the sky. The bathroom was also really narrow and the... More

The Hotel is in a perfect location within a walking distance from Victoria Station. Nice and clean rooms. Stayed two nights. Don`t bother with a breakfast. It`s average hotel for good price. You get what you pay for:)
