We stayed a second night in London as Dolphin House (where we'd stayed the previous night) was out of budget. This hotel is centrally located and close to Victoria Station. The staff were efficient and helpful. We stayed on the first floor facing the road. The family room (one double bed, one single) was cramped, hot and stuffy due to... More

Receptionists very helpful. Decent rooms for the money. Bathrooms small but perfectly adequate. No elevator, though. 10-15 min walk from Victoria underground station, 5 from the international bus terminal, 25 to Westminster Abbey. 30-40 minutes to Heathrow on a shuttle (ask at the reception). Safe neighborhood with pretty gardens on a pretty Georgian street. Several restaurants and bars around the... More

First of all dont take care of all the bad reviews you'll find under this! Those are people that even if you send them to a 5 star hotel they will surly complain! When we arrived we were given the key of the room which was only in the first floor and it was nice and cosy and big enough... More

If you read in the prospect "cosy room" it means there is enough space for only one step between bed and wall. OK, they warned - "we have no elevator in the hotel" - but staircase... very very narrow, steep one. TV with blurry picture. Electricity was suddenly cut at the evening, almost for one hour. Did not like the... More

This hotel is centrally located in Victoria which makes it very convinient for travelling to the airports and around the city. It is walking distance to Buckingham Palace. The room, the bed, and the bathroom are all very old which may be at par for that area in London. It is, however, clean and well maintained. The breakfast included in... More

I stayed 2 nights at the hotel with a friend in a twin room. Good size room ensuite a little small however amble for the room. Staff friendly and helpful 24hours. Breakfast was ok small continental however the breakfast room was really my only complaint as such. It felt very packed in the small room with far too many tables... More

I stayed here for 3 nights. Manager was very helpful in getting me information for in and around London and providing information for me - giving help with map and places etc I found the room okay, but small. Distance to Victoria Stn was great. I would go again! More

This hotel is well-located--an easy walk (and 4 pound cab ride) to Victoria Station (from which one can take the tube to Heathrow easily). Also an easy walk to Sloane Square and Pimlico and the Tate Britain. The decor is simple but attractive, the lobby is comfortable and offers a for-pay computer, and the carpeting is well-padded. The last is important... More

Our 3-night stay here was fine. Room was small but clean, beds comfortable enough, great shower. Breakfast was fine, with plenty of choices available. Staff was helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, on a quiet street about a 10 minute walk from Victoria Station. Not sure why the place has gotten bad reviews from others. It's a good deal... More

A bare bones type of place. Price could of been less for what you get. Buffet breakfast was great if you like white bread & sugar base cereals, otherwise the coffee barely drinkable.Good shower which is a plus.A place to sleep.Look elsewhere if you want more than that. More
