Location great. Very safe. Easy to get around on tube. Can easily get there from gatwick. Was easy to connect to Eurostar for next part of trip. Breakfast was good with option to upgrade to full English.

My husband and I stayed for 10 days at the hotel. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. The hotel is in walking distant to Victoria. The continental breakfast was good and the staff provided good service.

Okay you need to get real.... and do so quickly. We booked this because it was in a safe area, close to Victoria Bus Station and only a short walk back from the VE Celebration on Horse Guards Parade. We were allocated room 406 and on entering it was much as I expected, small but clean and tidy. However it... More

Hi everyone! I have just come back from my family holidays in London where I stayed at Huttons Hotel for 5 days. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone for many reasons. Booked Huttons for a work overstay as had business in Victoria the following morning. Initially it seemed fine, situated nicely and within close walk of Victoria and tube. Reception was nice enough. I was given a double room (115) in the basement. The lift looked like something out of Resident Evil, while the room was through the breakfast area -... More

This hotel is in a prime location so should have huge potential! I can't help but feel however that the hotel owners are aiming for maximum profit whilst putting in minimum effort. The rooms are clean enough yet lack any sort of wow factor. Our room had very little natural daylight, we had a view of a brick wall and... More

I spent one week end in April 2015 in this hotel. The personnel is not really kind (not smiling, not "Hello" when we enter in the lobby ...) The room and especially the bathroom were very small but clean. The breakfast is ridiculous : the same food which is served in the canteen, no choice, bad quality. The breakfast room... More

A very small & basic room. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever tried to sleep in. Would have been more comfortable on the floor. It was located on the ground floor & the route to the breakfast room. It was very noisy to say the least. We paid extra for a cooked breakfast, which was of... More

Dear P3024DTlouisem, We appreciate the constructive feedback on your stay and we would like to offer our heartfelt apology for the unpleasant experience. Reception was nice enough but not very knowledgeable about the area. The room was small even by London standards and was tilted to one side so the beds slid. I will probably stay in a different hotel in Victoria for my next visit to London.

I requested a room on an upper floor rather than ground or basement and was rewarded with a large family room all to myself! It was as seen on the photographs here and was warm (adjustable radiator) with had an openable window. The bathroom was modern and clean although very small for a family and lacked a towel rail. The... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
