We arrived 31st of March and left 3th of March. We were 2 adults and one 5 years old. We booked via Booking.com and had special request for the room (large king size bed and silent room as possible). We did get great room (308). Very large king size bed that 2 adults and one 5 years was able to... More

I have stayed at The Pelham many times, since the 1990s, after it was recommended to me by a British friend. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming in this South Kensington townhouse. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. And the neighborhood can't be beat. Having the tube station right across the street is an added bonus. I highly recommend... More

Stayed here from 24th-28thMarch.We were in a twin room which was pretty small, the beds were tiny, the quilt cover was like a waffle not big enough for the bed. It was perfectly clean, but could have been better like having a clothes hook behind the bathroom door to hang clothes, wet towels etc.We were at the front of the building which was pretty... More

Met my daughter here last March. Boutique hotel perfectly situated. Staff was so so friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom big for European standards. Workout room had all the necessities. Would definitely stay here again.

Our beginning of our stay at the Pelham Hotel couldn't be faulted. Our bags were taken up to our room for us as soon as we got there where we were checked in by a lovely member of staff that provided us with tons of information about where to go and how to get too, the bedroom was lovely and... Stayed at this hotel as it was near the Royal Albert Hall. The staff were so friendly and helpful, very welcoming. This included the restaurant staff in Bistro 15 in the evening and then breakfast the following morning. The room was on the 4th floor so couldn't hear the traffic, the only downfall was the central heating system wasn't working... More

i've stayed at the Pelham multiple times. The location can't be beat. Just across the street is the tube, there's also a taxi stand just outside. Starbucks is a block away. Also walking distance from the V&A. Staff is great, especially Jamie. The staff is very accommodating and even gave us extra space to store all of our shopping bags.... More

My wife and I stayed at the Pelham Hotel a few weeks before Christmas and we loved the firm bed, the down pillows, the soft blankets, and crisp linens. We slept on a cloud. After our stay, I contacted Ana the manager to see if I could possibly buy the entire bedroom suite - pillows, sheets, everything. She contacted me... More

If u stay there often it's really good. Rooms vs street are noisy especially lower grounds. Gym is nothing but a cupboard but got what u need. The linens and beds are great. It's NOt for the disabled.

We took our three small children ( 5, 2 and 2) to the Pelham for one night. We stayed in the Mews, which was absolutely charming, very comfortable, and within a short walk of the Natural History museum and the Science museum. We loved it and will definitely be back. Hubert Montag

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
