The Pelham Hotel is an amazing place. It's situated close to the South Kensington stop and convenient to everywhere in London. It's a lovely hotel, beautiful, clean, elegant. We had 2 rooms and they were each uniquely decorated and equipped with a refrigerator, drinks, umbrellas, and many other items to make your stay a little easier. The front desk staff... More

Hotel did not meet our expectations. Would not rate as five star as they advertise on their web site, more like three star. My wife and I have stayed at many hotels in central London over the past 15 years and feel that the tariff was too high as it did not reflect the standard one would expect for the... More

We are reasonably regular, if not frequent, visitors to the Pelham and always enjoy our stay. The rooms are lovely (although some a little small), the staff excellent and the food very good. It is quite expensive when compared to some but this is in part due to the area in which it is located. One niggle - there is... More

The Pelham offers a perfect location for visiting London--right across from the South Kensington Tube station in a safe neighborhood in the heart of museums, cafes, etc. The hotel is quaint and beautiful, the staff very friendly. However, I had enough problems with my room and with staff responsiveness that I was left disappointed. For a hotel of this caliber,... More

we enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. All rooms are decorated in a very nice way, quality of bed is top. Hotel is not adapted for guests with limited mobility (too many stairs), some rooms are too close to subway station (vibrations). Price is a bit too high for overall service. Hotel staff is very welcoming. Possibility for family... More

The Pelham was perfect, from concierge assistance before we arrived, to the warm greeting, lovely room, and ideal location. I would not choose to stay anywhere else in London. Great local restaurants, directly across from the South Kensington tube station, and easy bus access. Easy walk to museums and Hyde park.

This is a true gem. Not only is it in a great location, with very comfortable rooms and amenities, the staff really make the Pelham shine. From the front desk to the concierge everyone is extremely warm and helpful. Even when we had an issue with the air conditioning, in our original room, the staff went out of their way... More

The hotel charge almost 400 per night without breakfast, I think it is not worth the value. The services staffs are very friendly, but it seems to me that they are not willing to do an extra step to make my stay more joyful.

We stayed there for 1 night during our visit to Wimbledon. Location is excellent, right opposite South Kensington tube station (piccadilly line) and the Museums. Hyde Park and Knightsbridge (Harrods) are also only a view walking minutes away. There is a variety of good and international restaurants surrounding the hotel (Old Brompton Street). The hotel itself has charme due  to... More

We had a wonderful 10 day stay. South Kensington is a great area, many eateries and services within a couple blocks, with the Tube right across the street. The hotel staff was very friendly and the concierge was most knowledgeable and very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pelham, it was our comfy home away from home.... More
