A small, friendly and luxurious hotel in an excellent location near to tube with direct link to Heathrow, shops and museums. Staff are very polite, remember your name and smile! Bedroom was quiet with very comfortable bed and pillows and quality bed linen. Breakfast was delicious and again very good service. Would definitely go back!

We have recently returned again to The Pelham. It has new owners but still offers amazingly good value for money and still has that " quality " feel and service we enjoyed over the years. The rooms need some decent double glazing however and perhaps a refresh in the main rooms and entrance .

I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay at the Pelham. My oddly-shaped room was quirky, characterful and very comfortable. The hotel is brilliantly situated within minutes of the Underground, the South Ken museums and numerous cafés and restaurants. (I tried Tombo Japanese restaurant, Gail's Artisan Bakery and Muriel's Kitchen and happily recommend all three.) The service was excellent and despite only... More

Over the past 5 years hotel rooms seem to have got smaller and prices seem to have got bigger. This boutique hotel is truly a boutique hotel in all senses. I liked the clean, bright, larger than expected bedroom and bathroom. The staff could not have been more helpful. The lobby and sitting room with the lighted fire were very... More

I love this place. I have been coming to Pelham hotel for years now and the standards have not dropped down for an inch. It's opposite. Every visit I get better service. Style, convenience, personalized service, comfort. We travel to London quite often and now always stay in the Pelham. An apple and a smile await you at the front desk. I love sitting in the sunny front room enjoying a drink. Where else can you live in elegant London style just across the road from the tube station. Start your day... More

I stayed at The Pelham recently and had a great time. I was in a junior suite and it was really comfortable and had a fab bed - slept so well. I had breakfast at the hotel each morning - which was substantial and good quality - it set me up for the long days out sight seeing in London.... More

Everything we wanted from a hotel. Super staff who were warm and welcoming. Wonderful lounges with fires. It felt expensive and we felt spoilt. Our room was quite small but lots of lovely touches like robes, mini bar, products in bathroom. Asked for tea making and it arrived with China cups and REAL milk. Quiet location but close to great... Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
