Hotel is very convenient for Earls Court Tube station, being about a 2 minute walk from the front of the station. The hotel is modern (8 years) and spotlessly clean. The staff were great, we arrived early but they sorted out a room for us with the minimum of fuss. There was some traffic noise at the front of the... More

Great location (Earls Court tube stop), great full breakfast. Our room was on 3rd floor at the back, very quiet. Adequate small gym, multi-gym plus treadmill and elliptical. Elevator was small and a little slow. Minor problem with the bill, worked out close to what we expected. Overall our 4 nights there were very good. Would return for sure.

Really close location to Earls Court station which was so handy and there is loads of cafes and restaurant near by such as Pret, Starbucks, Greggs and Nandos. The room was a nice size with a big window, the bed was very comfy also. The door handle to our bathroom was broke and kept falling off. Altogether though it was... More

Great hotel with nice friendly staff and the location is superb with vicinity to Earl's court tube. Not giving a 5 because I ordered food service and the food wasn't that great. Everything else was pretty good.

Comfortable hotel in which we really enjoyed our stay : the staff is friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast offers a large choice of delicious food (fresh fruits, fried and scrambled eggs, viennoiseries, ... ). The hotel is near Natural History Museum and not far from Westminster or London center with the Underground. Really a good address !

After a bit of a bumpy start with our reservation, they cleared it up very efficiently for us, we spent a very comfortable 4 nights. Located a block from the Earl's Court tube station it was convenient for accessing all of London's spectacular attractions. The room was not large by American standards but layed out for easy movement. The room... More

Stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the city & meeting family. It's in a great spot really close to Earl's Court tube and the high street is nice. The hotel itself is ok, we requested an upper story room but were in the depths of the basement. It's clean & modern but the room & the bed was very small.... More

Stayed 2 nights 3rd & 4th May 2015. Location and room size were good however the discovery of a large blood stain on the middle of the mattress protector, visible through the sheet was disgusting. Someone was sent to change the stained bedding and an apologetic front desk offered a bottle of wine by way of appeasement. (A half bottle... More

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. My husband and I were celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary. The delux room was fab; spacious; extremely comfy bed, lovely soft dressing gowns, great waterfall shower, complementary water and fruit and because it was our anniversary we also got a nice card and some lovely chocolates. An upgrade would have been nice... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
