This hotel has a lot going for it; staff are very friendly, accomdating and extremely attentive. The distance from the Earls Court Underground is a very easy walk and this station is on the direct line from Heathrow, so no change of trains with luggage. Breakfast is great with good selections for hot and cold and plenty of staff to... More

The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, as was the bath room. The room was, however, very small, and the double bed of the small type, around 150 cm wide, which is on the low side. The bath room was modern and nice. A few minus' though, like a soap holder that used to... More

The room was good but to my opinion it was small. I guess about 8/9m2 for the room and another 6 for the bathroom. Both the room and hotel were luxury furnished and comfortable. People working there were kind and helpfull. I appreciatie that. The location is perfect, just a few mins walk to Earl's Court underground. In the end... More

We stayed for a night as a couple and the first positive about the hotel was the location, a two minute walk from Earls Court tube station and a string of shops and restaurants. We arrived early and dropped off our bags before returning later to get our room. We were upgraded to a "club room" which was nice, however... More

My family and I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was yummy and the location allowed us to travel around London with ease. Thank you Patricia and rest of the staff for making this a great experience!

Fantastic value for money. Close to Earls Court Tube station. Near to pubs and shops. But in a quiet road away from the noise. Lovely breakfast. Room spotless lots a little added extras. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

We stayed for just one night and were upgraded ! to a superior room,This was located in the basement and not sure why it is superior? It was a nice enough room but pretty standard. They lack attention to the details here, eg there are two of us booked to stay on the room and only one teabag (breakfast tea)... More

Looking for a hotel in London can sometimes be overwhelming given the abundance of choices. We were looking for a place that was walking distance fro a tube station, particularly one that had a line that could get us straight to Heathrow (Piccadilly line) with no changes (I have done the suitcase struggle on the tube before and didn't care... We have yet again returned to this well located hotel and received the best service yet. We were attended by Miriam and Sara on reception on our first night and were given a room upgrade and breakfast was included in the offer we managed to get - I think it must be to do with the number of nights you... Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
