Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Food reasonably priced. Rooms lovely and clean and modern. Only drawback, we were given a basement room which looked out to a wall which made it a bit claustrophobic.

First time to stay at Park Grand. Room was nice,a bit cozy for a triple but suited our needs perfectly. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Easy walking to Earl's Court underground(tube). Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Room included refrigerator and microwave which was convenient. Cons: end of June 2015 was a warm one for Kensington no... More

The hotel staff were very professional and welcomed us when we arrived. The hotel is only a five minute walk from Earls Court tube. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast selection was a mixture of hot and cold dishes that was fresh and plentiful . The morning news papers are provided free of charg, whic... More

We stayed for one night only. The hotel location is excellent - only 3 minutes from Earls Court underground station and within a walking distance to museums and Royal Albert Hall. Facilities are great - a decent size of the room, microwave, tea facilities, a complimentary bottle of water, some fruits and biscuits. Wifi was working without problems. Air conditioning,... More

I stayed with my elderly mother for 3 nights. We were shown to our room which was only accessible with 3 flights of stairs. On mentioning my mother could not do the stairs and could we use the lift, we were informed that the lower floors were only accessible by stairs. There were no other rooms that night so they... A decent hotel, well located but terribly small rooms. Arrived in London In peak season, so paid a lot in comparison to what was offered. The rooms are furnished comfortably but if you are used to space, this is not your hotel. The staff are friendly and courteous, so that is a plus.okay if you are passing through and needs... More

I have stayed here a few times and it gets better on each visit, the rooms are top class, clean and luxurious. The staff are really friendly, helpful and very professional. Patricia in particular has been superb and I look forward to my next visit. It's not uber expensive and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfasts are... More

I took my 6-year-old son to London for the weekend to see the sights and the musical Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The staff - especially Lina and Sara on reception - could not have been sweeter or nicer to the both of us, and made a real fuss of my son, which made the whole experience really special for... Short break for sightseeing and concert in Hyde Park. Good location for tube and Natural History Museum. Staff very polite & helpful. We were in a basement room (room 2)with no natural light however the false window lighting managed to make the room feel quite airy. Room very clean and modern and a good size with usual facilites and free... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
