The team at the Park were very helpful. For the room rate we paid for London we are very happy as we travel to London more than four times a year we will be coming here more often. Friendly and helpful colleagues nothing was too much.

We were moved to the Park Grand in Paddington due to maintenance issue in the Park Grand Kensington, seemed like a good move when offered but the room @ Paddington is not grand but shabby at best. This seems like a "book your popular hotel and move to less a popular hotel" type of deal, we had no choice as... More

Overall good value for money with the Earl's Court location. Some parts of hotel have wear and tear needing attention such as large brown liquid stain on carpet just after door leading to room 10. Staff courteous and helpful. Bar and room service food good. Specifically room 10 poor layout very narrow trip where desk is is awkward. Chair too... More

I was delighted when i arrived in the hotel, with attention that was given. The good experience continued, when i went to the room: Clean, modern and very well equipped. And with welcome treats! The breakfast is well served, but most important: Everything seems fresh. And they attend to some special requests as well, like my (precciousss) very well served... More

Stayed here for 3 nights booking 4 days in advance. Upon arrival, the price we were quoted for our 3 night stay had gone up £25, and the Deluxe Room we had booked was not noted on the system. The guys on the desk had to investigate pricing and try to work out why 'their systems' had made a mistake.... More

Excellent stay. Very welcoming staff who fully explained the available facilities and room details. The stay was comfortable and I managed a good nights sleep. Our host on the door, Aijaz, gave us a good insight into the benefits of taking out a business account which we'll look to do in the near future as we book over 500 hotels... More

So you have an idea of the standards I go for, I tend to go 4 to 5 star beachy holidays and 3/4/5 star in cities. We stayed at the Park Grand for 4 nights to attend a conference at the Olympia. The hotel is very modern inside, to be honest we didnt use the bar or have any meals... More

A long weekend using Park Grand Kensington as a base proved to be an excellent experience. The hotel is very well managed and immaculately maintained. Staff morale was high and each person was kindly, courteous, and helpful at all times. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfasts were surprisingly good. Superb location, two-minute walk from Earl's Court Tube station yet in a quiet street. No noises nor traffic to disturb the guests. The room was very comfortable, and has good extras as the microwave oven. Good cleaning level and a really kind staff, always in good disposal. Relationship between Price-quality-location is very good. I would choose it again.

Stayed here mid week for one night on business. Was really surprised at how nice and fresh the hotel is. For London my standard room was massive. Check in was fast and friendly. Would stay again if in the area

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
