My friend from the states and I stayed at the Park Grand Kensington for one night. The staff were super welcoming helpful. Our bags were carried to our room and we were given advice on the local area and tube station (which was a 5 min walk away - earls court.) Our room was on the small side with only... More

This hotel surprised me somewhat in that other hotels in the area are usually several three or four storey townhouses joined together, making a maze of passages etc. This looks like they have taken the trouble to ensure you can navigate around to your room. Although the room was not overly large (what is in London ?) it served our... More

We stayed here on a Saturday night, our room was on the 4th floor it was a good size, immaculately clean with a large comfy bed. Being on the 4th floor, there was very little road noise. The weather was very warm and sultry and so we had to make use of the air conditioning. This was virtually silent and... More

Lovely clean room with excellent facilities. Friendly staff who were very accommodating for our needs. Their local knowledge meant we were able to see more of the city in the short time we had. Would definitely return.

Stayed here for 3 nights and were given one of the basement rooms, the lack of a window wasn't a problem and the room itself was spacious and clean. No free fruit which I've read on other reviews which would have a been a nice touch as we were celebrating our 30th anniversary (although I didn't tell them that to... More

Stayed at this hotel in September on business for 2 nights. Excellent location, only a 5 minutes walk from Earls Court tube station. Rooms are excellent and the bathroom, although small, is very impressive. Room location was quite a walk from the hotel on the lower ground floor and right on the street which at times could be quite noisy.... More

Stayed in the Park Grand with my wife for three nights earlier this month. We chose the location for easy access to our respective places of work but also for some social activities in the evening. The location couldn't be better and is only two or three minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station. For the first night we were... More

We were given a room in the basement with no natural light. I was told the hotel was full when I requested a room on an upper floor. Booked a room illustrated on the website WITH a window ( Does this contravene the trade descriptions act?). Would have paid a quarter of the price paid here for a similar basement... More

We had booked into the Premier Kensington for our stay after Proms in the Park, only to be upgraded to this one. We did get a room downstairs with no window, but for us it wasn't a problem as we were spending so little time in the room. The room itself was a good size, with a good shower and... More
