We just returned from a 5 night visit to London at this hotel. This is an American brand but do not expect to be treated like you might at this hotel in the USA. Try and get ice and it takes forever--so I kept the first bucket and went to the hotel pub to get ice each evening. We had... More

I had to knock a mark off for the price of the wifi, but this was my only major complaint and there is a Starbucks across the road. This hotel was very clean with a good breakfast selection. We were able to check in early and out late. There was no problem getting the extra pillows we requested.

I left a review 4 weeks ago that is now gone. Guess they didnt like the fact that a purchase went missing from my room and since I've reported it NOTHING has been done. I havent been contacted since I left there on June 27th. Absolutely HORRIBLE people to deal with. If you value your possessions reconsider staying here.

We stayed at this hotel prior to a tour we were taking. The location was great close to parks, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and the tube. The staff were friendly and helpful. The concierge arranged tickets for Miss Saigon which were able to be printed at the hotel. He also gave us directions to where we could get water for... More

This is a massive hotel right in the heart of Kensington, just a few metres away from one of the best connected tube stations, Glocester Road. Unfortunately the Picadilly line is closed at the moment, but this is one of the few stations that has three different lines running through it so you can get all the way from Heathrow... More

I have stayed here three times now on short visits to London and each time the hotel has been great. The staff are very helpful adn efficient, the rooms are ok, clean and comfortable (the beds are amazingly comfortable), there is a decent selection of food on offer and the location is pretty good. Easy for Kensington High Street and... More

The hotel is nice and clean in a good location with the tube station round the corner and Harold's a 20-30 minutes walk ( long roads). An enjoyable stay nothing to complain about rooms are comfortable usual holiday inn dimensions for London. The cafe/restaurant on the ground floor next to the reception was good but nothing special. Will stay again

Hotel was clean and comfortable. It seemed to be in a predominately residential neighborhood but very close to the metro and lots of restaurant options in the area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this for groups or families.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from tube with plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc nearby. It's a large hotel with a mixture of tourists and business people. Bedrooms are a reasonable size for a London hotel. Service is good and breakfast is the typical fare. there are some nice extra touches not usual for a Holiday Inn. It's not... More

Cannot really complain about the hotel or it's location but it is clear it's the location you are paying for. Hotel parking is hideously priced. I have stayed in equally nice london hotels for a fraction of the price. Onsight shop charges almost £2 for a bottle of water! Close proximity to the underground and a tesco extra. The pub... More
