Big hotel located in a nice part of London. Buss/train from Stanstead and then subway (straight, no changes) will take you there. Only a few minutes walk from subway station. There are many, many bad hotels in London and the price for a hotel night in London can be quite expensive. This is an ok hotel I guess. Small rooms... More

I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of this hotel. The location is very close to Harrod's (walking distance). The Underground is literally around the corner from the hotel. Its been many years since I've stayed at a Holiday Inn Hotel so I was somewhat judgmental but I would definitely stay there again. The room was somewhat small but comfortable.

Look--if you're expecting bells and whistles, you will be disappointed. The rooms themselves are a bit small, but clean. The amenities are very modest and basic. That being said, with such a fantastic location, you shouldn't be in your room except to sleep. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The concierges are very helpful and knowledgable, and made my stay(s) memorable.... More

It is still a nice place and well located in London. The neighborhood, if anything, is even getting better and better. We really enjoyed staying here again. We walked to the museums close by and enjoyed the shopping streets too. It was a nice stay.

We have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions however were rather disappointed this time by a range of little things that just should not happen. I had booked three rooms for two nights the accommodation was ok but the quality of the room décor was not great, rather tired and dated. The food in the Tavern bar... More

I booked into this hotel for two nights while I competed in the London Marathon. I was told I couldn't check-in until 2pm but I checked-in at around 1.30 and headed off to a Starbucks round the corner while I waited for the time to pass and my parents to arrive from their hotel, having checked my luggage into their... Positive Good location with Gloucestor road tube not far away Friendly and helpful staff Negative No free internet when paying 200 pounds of a room is annoying at least. Having to paid 18 pounds for 24h access is just silly.

My husband and I stayed a week ago at this hotel in a wonderful part of London. The hotel is very nice and clean, breakfast is delicious, and staff went above and beyond. The decor was a little outdated in the room, but the bedding was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The tube station is right around the corner... More

Since it is located in one of the most expensive part of London you can expect to pay a high price. And you won't be disappointed in that respect. Staff at the reception and the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Rooms aren't particularly large but large enough for 2 and for a short stay. It was all very clean. Breakfast... More
