I travelled to London with my family for medical reasons and we all booked to stay at this hotel. No wifi unless you pay them 25 pounds more pes hour, the rooms were not clean at all (we had to ask the cleaner twice to clean the previous client's disposals which were next to the bed for 2 days), every... I stayed here for 10 nights! Great rooms. Close to Hyde Park. Close to metro station. Loved the service, the staff was very friendly and helpful. When flying in remember to prebook a taxi to hotel before you get to London. Before you leave book one back to airport. Saves you almost 50 pounds per route !! I will stay... More

After a very sub standard hotel elsewhere we moved hotels to this Holiday Inn. What a welcome sight. Clean, spacious room, courteous service, and expected amenities. Staff were very accommodating. Really make our stay comfortable. Thank you

We've stayed here for a couple of nights on a trip to see a Victoria & Albert exhibition. This hotel was chosen due to its location only. We're given a 7th floor room and the view was absolutely fantastic. All was perfect, from the receptionist to the comfortable bed. Will return for sure

I ended up with this hotel through a priceline bid. It was rated as 4star. I don't consider this as comparable to other 4star hotels. As far as comparing to other Holiday Inns rooms are typical. Does have more dining options and a helpful concierge desk. Was told that we would have a king bed and ended up being given... More

Really nice hotel in Kensington one annoying thing is the Parking, as everywhere else is London it is very expensive. Breakfast was nice and the room was to a good standard. Close to the history and science museums and the underground. There is quite a few nice restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again!
