Bog standard holiday inn really. Good location as stated by other reviewers. Room was functional. Musty smelling but everything required for a bed for the night. Good facilities in hotel with shop, coffee bar, good breakfast selection. More

The place is so bland I am unmotivated even to write a review on it... I guess I really want that top reviewer badge. This hotel is what I would call GENERIC for hotel. A bed and a bath. Nothing is outstanding about it yet nothing is terrible either... well the pillows are the worst hardest thick brick-like pillows I... More

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights for a conference while in London. The location was pretty great. Very close to the Gloucester tube stop. An easy walk to the Natural History Museum, V&A and Harrods. King's Road is not to far off either. The hotel was nice. The main lobby was huge and the staff... More

We stayed here for one night in February and weren't disappointed. The hotel is conveniently located just off Cromwell Road which is served by the Gloucester Road tube station, numerous bus stops and accessed directly via the A4/M4. The Royal Albert Hall, Natural History Museum and Hyde Park are all within easy walking distance and the West End is only... More

Great functional hotel for when you just need somewhere to stay, reflected in the fact that a lot of airline staff stay there. Impersonal and rooms are small but functional. Concierge is great. Good location, though More

Just spent the night at HI Kensington Forum. Really easy check in with polite helpful staff. Room was clean and well equipped. We were there to see Totem at the Royal Albert Hall, which was a short walk away. The hotel is really close to the Natural History, Science and V&A Museums and not too far from Harrods and the... Came to London for a concert with my friend's daughter. This hotel is in a large tower. We were pretty high up in the tower. Her first comment was "Wow look at the view - I feel like a rock star." View was spectacular. Room was nice. All very clean. Beds were very, very comfortable. Location is superb for Earl's... More

Stayed here for 2 nights with my auntie. Came to London mainly to see "the wizard of oz" but also just for a short break. We booked through show and stay and got an excellent deal for show tickets and accommodation together. On arrival it appeared to be of the better class of hotel and all of the staff were... More

Near the Gloucester Road tube stop and within walking distance of Kensington Gardens and Knightsbridge, the location cannot be beat. Rooms are spacious by UK standards and well appointed as well as quiet. As other reviewers have noted, the lobby is quite noisy and busy due to the American Airlines flight crews staying there on layovers. Ironically, the head of... More

I visited the hotel end of January 2012 on a business trip. Its location is perfect, 2 min walk from the tube station, close to the Hyde Park & the Harrods! The room was fantastic, exctremely comfortable and warm. The breakfast was very good, too. Our only problem was (as always) the fact that there is no free internet access... More
