I would like to have given this hotel good reviews based on overall area and location but an incident has made me do otherwise. On a plus note we arrived on Friday morning and the hotel let us check in early. The rooms were small but adequate and the bar was nice. On a more serious and negative note however,... More

been here a few times and the hotel is well situated near the tube station and has some fantastic rooms. get a club room and have a continental breakfast included in the cost and nice an quiet. Also use the gym slightly later as gets really busy. Overall a great hotel whether business or pleasure.

My room on the 17th floor had great views of London. It was convenient to the Circle and District Lines, and would have been to the Piccadilly Line except that line was not stopping at the Gloucester Road station (closest) during my visit, and will not until December 2014. There is a small refrigerator and Waitrose and Tesco Express grocery... More

spend a short weekend in London taking part in Festival of Choirs at Royal Albert Hall, hotel was easy to find, reception allowed trip organiser of block booking to allocate room keys which saved hours of queuing. Good location for walking to points of interest. Bar staff accommodated short communal sing-off between Finish and Welsh Choir members after return from... More

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Forum on business, and I must say I would never stay in this place ever again. Small room with a huge bed, no room for anything else. I believe if I wanted to pay luxury rates, I would have stayed at the Connaught. This accommodation was a disgrace for the prices that were charged.... More

We were booked into this hotel by our tour company when visiting London and were not disappointed, although the hotel was not our favorite. The room was good sized by European standards though we were a bit cramped by the use of the sofa bed. Had that not been necessary, it would have been quite roomy. Breakfast was good and... More

Good location! Friendly staff! Hotel was full so an early check in was not possible. Free WiFi in lobby while waiting for a room. Rooms and bathrooms are small which is typical for most hotels in London. Starbucks in lobby for coffee lovers.

We stayed at the Holiday for three nights over a bank holiday weekend. We were initially allocated a room with twin beds but the desk staff quickly moved us to a double room. What we liked: The room was larger than we expected – always a good thing in central London. It wasn’t huge but certainly large enough for us... More

Stayed here for 2 nights and are quite satisfied. Friendly staff, and good location close to shops and underground. Not the welcome i am used to as a ihg reward member, but still good service alowing late check out. Great pluss for really quick elevators and a nice cozy bar in the hotel. Lived in the 12th floor with great... More

Dear Tor1978 from Bergen Many thanks for your review of our Hotel.
