Stayed there for business. I got woken up with some lunatic outside.my colleague had a similar experience in a room on the other side of the hotel. The room was dusty and the Tv did not work. A very average hotel, stayed in better in central London.

We arrived early to check in, and were delighted to get into our room. Everybody was very polite and friendly. Room spotless,and on reporting a light not working it was replaced within an hour. Will not hesitate to recommend Millenium Glouster to friends who will be visiting London in near future.

One of the nice things about London is the extensive public transportation system. As long as you stay fairly close to the Underground or rail station, you can get pretty much anywhere in London or elsewhere as needed. Stayed here 3 nights in May 2012. Peoiple were friendly and very helpful. Room was very good, Club level worth the added cost, at least for our dates. Breakfasts were also very good. Close to a tube station in the nicest neighborhood in central london. Quiet too.

The hotel room is kept clean although it looked dated. There's tea and coffee making facilities but only if one can find a place to plug the kettle in!
