Amazingly convenient, super easy to get to from Paddington , jump on Bakerloo Line and soon at Picadilly Circus and a short stroll up Shaftesbury Avenue . My son and I had a lovely twin room at the back of the hotel , it was quiet , something I had been concerned about as hotel so central . Super helpful... More

You expect a normal hotel to have basics like a reception, resturarant etc. this establishment has none of these yet charge ludicrus prices compared to othe hotels in the area that have all the normal ameneties. you come off the street to a desk and a lift, you check in at the desk and get in the lift to your... I thought it was strange when we arrived that the lobby was very small and that the reception desk looked a bit makeshift. Then we read the note in the lift that the hotel was undergoing building work and that there was no bar or restaurant facilities and that we should expect building noise from 8am to 8pm. When we... Wanted to stay central for a couple of nights and boy did I! So convenient - just jump on the Bakerloo line from Paddington to Piccadelly and walk to the hotel in a couple of minutes. The reception looks kind of temporary, but once you enter your room it's heaven. I asked for a quiet room and it was! The... More

This hotel is perfect for getting to and from Paddington Station, it only took 5 minutes to get to and from there. The staff were very friendly and even looked after our luggage after check out, which was greatly appreciated. The room we were staying in was big enough and had all we needed. There were only one problem we... More

Booked via Booking.com and then was a bit worried by some of the comments. However, we found this to be a clean and comfortable hotel within walking distance of Paddington station. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a complimentary upgrade to a club room. Space was still limited but had a more luxurious finish. Bathroom was tiny but more... More

Comfortable refurbished room at back of hotel .There is a minor niggle with the church ringing a bell on the hour but this is still better than traffic noise..We were advised in advance that the hotel was being refurbished but it did not ruin the stay. We had breakfast in the bedroom but there was no table so you definitely... More

I stayed here in mid March with a girlfriend. The hotel was undergoing renovations. I got a note about it after check in. There was very very loud drilling noise above us at 8 starting at 8 in the morning. Fortunately we weren't sleeping in. The room that we had was well configured with two friends - to give some... Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
