£236 per night for twin room, daylight robbery! No breafast included, and couldnt swing a cat! Well I feel that I was fleeced! Took Mum to London for birthday and stayed here. The staff were lovely and location superb! but not impressed by the rooms for the price, shabby and outdated!

We were sent to this location after the Earl's Court hotel lost our reservation. It's right in the centre of theatre land in London and very near Piccadilly Circus but it wasn't noisey. I loved the room. Very chic and a good size. It's a great hotel and the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Very good location for shopping and theaters. Rooms are a bit small but of good standard, could be a bit noisy though; not from outside but from other rooms. Breakfast room under dimensioned and not very pleasant, but staff did a good job.
