I stayed at St Giles for 3 nights and found it a nice clean hotel for the price I paid. The location was great, right near Oxford St and I enjoyed the many pubs and restaurants just around the corner. On my first night there I had WiFi problems and promptly reported this late on night one. The next day... More

I was a bit apprehensive about staying at this hotel after reading the reviews. However, we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is centrally located and close to the tube station, shopping and theatre. The breakfast was good. Our room was small, yet clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The entrance staircase and lobby bely the real side of this Hotel. Our double room was tiny and there was little or no room for two people with cases - forget hanging anything up over 3 items. The iroining room, a good idea spoiled by faulty equipment and the stench of cigarette smoke from the adjoining staff room niiiice. Nightime... More

I was a little apprehension about staying in this hotel after booking and reading the reviews. I thought the hotel was very central with a 2 minute walk from the underground. Yes the rooms were slightly small but it is central London and what you get for your money is good value. I would certainly use this hotel again.

Booked a standard double room at this hotel for a friday night after attending an event at the Excel centre. When I got there, the receptionist said that I'd been upgraded to an executive single. The executive sounded good, but the single didn't. But she said that the bed in there is pretty much a double bed anyway so I... More

I think it's good to start a review off with the positives, unfortunately there was only one and that is the location of this hotel. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from Tottenham Court Road tube station and as we were going out in Holborn and later Picadilly Circus it was ideally placed. I arrived slightly earlier than the... More

Good central location - that's the plus side. Felt like we spent 3 nights in a rabbit hutch. Small room very lumpy bed. No air conditioning although there was a fan provided in the room. Tea & Coffee in room, but no biscuits or fridge that you would expect from a 4*. Also be aware that this hotel wants up... More

Stayed for one night 5th to 6th june, pretty average sort of place, nothing bad i could say about it, apart from a poorly cleaned bathroom, friendly enough staff, didnt dine there, but continental breakfast was poor fare for an extra ten quid, all in all probably stay there again, purely for location and access round london.

This was not my choice, but a friend's, and it was primarily chosen for location. We wanted to be near Russell Square. It did for a couple nights, but it was really just a place to lie our heads. The service was below average. We needed another towel and it took a couple calls before we had a result. A... More

Only stayed here for 1 night for my wife's birthday treat to take in Jersey Boys at the Prince Edward Theatre. Having stayed at this hotel for a similar break on a previous occasion I knew what to expect and chose because of it's close proximity to the theatre - only a 10-15 minute walk. Situated just off Tottenham Court... More
