This is our second time staying in this hotel. The rooms are very small but this time we upgraded to deluxe and for the small difference in price we had an extra seating area which made so much difference. The hotel is very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. It was very busy but we managed to find room in... More

I stayed here over the long weekend holidays (Easter). Despite being busy, the hotel was great and though it was small compare to many other hotels in Europe, I must say that what matters me the most was it is in a perfect location. You never lost and nearby is shops, cafes, Tube and yes great staff. However, the room... More

We've had some poor experiences with hotels in London and to be honest this one is far from being the worse. It is very conveniently located in Charing Cross and the price is ok for London. However, it is a very tired looking hotel in serious need of refurbishment. The rooms are tiny, noisy and not very clean. It was... More

Primark lovers, you would be thrilled to have your beloved store just a skip and hop away from his hotel. Location- On the other end of busy Oxford Street which is equally bustling with life. Tottenham Court Road tube station which is a few steps below the hotel. Sainsbury Local is also literally across the hotel, if having a supermarket... More

I stayed at St Giles hotel London for 2 nights. It's in a great location right next to Tottenham court road tube station. We could walk to most places we wanted to get to such as covent garden and Leicester square. The hotel itself was fine. The room was a decent size and clean. The beds were comfortable and the... St. Giles is perfectly located. Close to Soho, Shopping, Oxford Street and underground. The hotel is quite large and the rooms are small with small Windows. The breakfast is ok, but "cafeteria" like with selfservice and very busy. 3 stars are given for the location.

As a last minute booking it was reasonably good value especially for the location. Room well equipped if a little tight, but within walking distance of all central attraction. nb Have to pay a lot extra for wifi, and breakfast, but some really good cafes nearby at less than half the price.

All in all it was a nice stay, but not because of the service in the hotel. It has a great location, 2 min. Walk to the tube, and oxford street is just beside the tube station. Negative: we ordered a room with two single beds, but the room we got had one queen size bed. And we only had... More
