The plus points - Location giving ease of links around London using bus & tube. First class housekeeping (spotless). Shower room and toiletries OK. We were able to check in early (10:30 am). The price for the location is very competitive. The negative side - We booked an Executive Double expecting to avoid the well known minuscule sized rooms -not... More

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and spacious. A 2 minute walk to both Oxford Street and also the tube (Tottenham Court Road). Easily walkable to all the sights, Leicester square, Soho, Covent Garden, etc. Highly recommended

I have stayed at the St Giles on many occasions and find the location for me needs perfect. It is two mins walk to the tube for convenience to reach anywhere in London. It is a short walk across the street to all the shops of Oxford Street and it is also a ten minute walk from Shaftesbury Ave and... More

Very close to the dominion theatre so ideal if you are seeing a show . If its shopping then Oxford Street is virtually on its doorstep. Also in easy reach of the Thames so ideal for sight seeing. The hotel itself is clean, staff friendly, stayed on the 2nd floor , room was not over big but large enough for a... More

Nice hotel. Staff friendly . Room clean and cumfy. Window opened and not too noisy. Breakfast ok. Gym and swimming pool available but didn't use so can't comment. In the centre of the west end. Great for theatre and sites.

The location is unbeatable, being so central. The price was very good too. Staff very helpful, but as all was well arranged we didn't need to bother them too much. Hotel breakfast was also good value and very filling and fresh. Will definitely recomend it to others and hope to be back again.

Great location in the heart of the Westend. I stayed when going to the Phoenix Theatre to see Once the Musical which was located a few minutes walk away. The hotel is very easy to find very close to Tottenham Court Road station. The checking in could have been faster but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
